I ordered a black leather handbag for R995 It came about 5 weeks later and it s plastic no structure and useless to me It s obviously come from a factory in China Now I don t even know how to get hold of them Scam artists

I ordered 2 swimming costumes from them since the 11th September close to R 2 000 I paid with my Credit card Never heard from them although they tell you they will deliver in 48 hours There is nowhere a telephone no To call them I emailed three times with POP gave all my details and every reply is the same that they cannot find my order or payment I have requested on line for them to call me and still no call I think this company is a scam but I am will continue to mail until I get a reply They do not come forward with their name when replying to the mail proving no accountability for their poor service but pocketing my money

Never Again I ordered four dresses and received one The one I got was the same color print as the picture on the website but it was poorly constructed so it didn t look like the same style as the dress I ordered It looked so bad I decided to send it back It was then that I found their 90 day money back return policy and hassle free return means you find a way to return to the item to their warehouse in Asia at your cost of 15 to 30 euros depending on your location In short ordering from them has proven to be an expensive mistake I will never make again

False advertising

False advertising I bought an expensive bag that was advertised as genuine leather but it is very cheap plastic The company is based in China not in Balito It further says a 90 day money back return but this is not the case You are responsible for shipping which cost between 20-30 euro

Complete scam I bought a leather tote bag from them Wehn it was eventually delivered it was plastic I asked for a contact name and number - never received one Trying to return the bag was so much admin and they wanted me to return it to China I knew then I would never get the bag back or my money and it was not worth the cost of a courier to China I now see they do not even have a website anymore
