Shipping takes way too long

I ordered the limited edition saddle bag on the 12th of September which still hasn t arrived it was said it would come yesterday but to be honest I don t like to pay for something that is shipping so long for that amount of money I fear that it s just a scam I m not sure yet tho

Absolutely shocking service Updated

Absolutely shocking service Updated Have been waiting 3 months for delivery with no communication or method for contact to obtaining updates Have used the online contact form and also the info at Mimode email address to try and contact someone and nothing back from either other than an auto reply stating someone would get back to me in 24-48hrs which never happened Mail also states if I send another mail my original efforts to contact will will be deleted and i ll go to the back of the queue As it stands we ve paid for an item many months ago that we ve not received that we ve no idea if coming at all and have no way of contacting the supplier Now forced to report through here as it looks like the only place they actually respond to mails Louise Tough - Order 12325 Placed 13th July

Lack of communication no delivery terrible service

I am always keen to support business owners as I am myself a small business owner However I have been waiting weeks for an update with no update on my order They are quick to reply to questions prior to ordering and regularly post social media updates but fail to deliver and reply to customers and i can see from other reviews I am not alone in this I have paid 95 for items and I m yet to receive them I do hope they can clarify the situation and deliver the order because as yet the communication has been extremely poor and I m disappointed with the service It s a shame because I do like to support small businesses but they have let down customers I would like an update ASAP before I take this further There are no contact details on the website surprisingly apart from an email address which no one seems to use Hope this situation can be rectified ASAP as i would never dream of treating my customers like this You would think customers are important at a time like this Thanks

Awful Company

Absolutely awful company to deal with Have ordered twice and haven t received anything Seems to take weeks for deliveries even on sale items They ignore emails give false tracking information and delete comments on Instagram then block you It s a real shame as they have nice products but you have been warned Be prepared to wait a lifetime and your emails messages to be ignored If you do happen to get a reply after repeated messages don t expect an apology as they just don t care

Should be an option for zero stars

Placed an order for a bag on 17th June 21 The website stated delivery within 15 working days Wk commencing 5th July I DM d their page asking for an update was told they would be arriving by the end of the week 12th July i again DM d their page asking for an update the message was ignored never replied to On the 14th July i still hadn t received the bag or a reply so I commented on the original post photo of said bag on their Instagram page asking for an update on when the bags were being sent My comment was deleted shortly after 16th July I received an email from Mi Mode saying they were sorry for the delay and that they were expecting the shipment any day On the 21st July i again DM d their page as I still hadn t received anything and again my message was ignored On the 24th July I emailed Mi Mode asking again for an update on my order saying that my comment had been deleted DM s ignored that I didn t mind waiting but please just be honest with me on a time frame not ignore paying customers Mi Mode replied said they had not seen any DM s had not deleted any comments that they are unable to advise a definite delivery date even though previously twice been told end of week etc that if I didn t want to wait then I could just ask for a refund I didn t bother responding to this email as I honestly didn t have the energy to argue with her because she was lying as I have screen shots of my comments and DM s that were deleted ignored obviously have the emails On 28th July they posted on their story that said bag had been received by Royal Mail in the UK they were expecting them in the next couple of days all outstanding orders would be shipped via 24 hour tracked delivery On the 8th August i again emailed them to ask for an update on my order stated that they had said on the 28th that Royal Mail had the shipment My email was ignored so on the 10th August I commented on some of their posts on Instagram asking them to reply to paying customers rather than ignoring them all my comments were deleted I was then blocked from their Instagram page I then raised a dispute with PayPal Within 30 minutes I received a PayPal notification of a refund being issued with a snarky comment about it being evident that I was frustrated about continuing to wait for my order An order that was placed on 17th June paid for and I d already waited 8 weeks they can t see how that could be wrong how I would be annoyed by this It s basically theft or a bit of a loan for them because they take your money and have your money sat in their back account accruing interest 1 week later I still hadn t received my refund back from Mi Mode so I again had to open another dispute eventually on 17th August PayPal found the case in my favour issued the refund which I received a few days later I would really discourage people from ordering from this company as they just ignore you and lie I have screen shots of all conversations emails DM s posts comments etc so before you respond and say I m lying like you have done to other customers I am quite happy to share these screen shots Any response to this review will be made out that I was the problem because reading through other reviews on here they have been rude to other customers complaining about the service or lack of it If you think taking someone s money for 8 weeks not send the goods is acceptable then you need to give your head a wobble

When they actually bother to send you

When they actually bother to send you what you ve ordered the items are great However I m still chasing items from back in July now they re trying to refund me and not even for the right amount Terrible at responding to emails Customer service LOW quality

Ordered item back in September 2021 as a birthday birthday gift it is now March 2022 and still no item My wife has been in constant contact with them on Instagram and all she gets is lies that they dont no what happened or that the item is on the way I have all the screen shots of the convoy I ve emailed them no response tried saying i ordered slippers when it was trainers I would still happily take the item i ordered but I doubt it will ever get here so I guess I ll have to continue to chase a refund

SHOCKING customer service

Placed an order over 6 weeks ago been sending emails and DM s for 3 weeks asking for an update and just been ignored they even deleted my comments on their insta pictures asking for a response WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life I wouldn t even mind the wait if they bothered to get back to me
