STAY AWAY

Horrible customer service experience and customer refund policy They have crap customer service and will kick you out at the drop of a hat No discussion Then the fun part comes when you realize you are responsible for more than 25 of the entire fee In my case - 300

This place is a scam

This place is a scam They are constantly upselling The pills only cost them a few cents They want you to buy their additional products and services by having an elaborate complicated process for a few pills that should cost 10 This company is about profit maximization so they will likely go out of business

Terrrible customer service

Terrrible customer service They do not adequately screen participants The process is not fully explained till after you pay Generic email responses to queries Have to go storm their office for results The interviewer spoke so fast I could not follow him Was more anxious and depressed after meeting with him

Do not sign up for this rip-off program

This is the most incompetent money-grabbing company I have ever dealt with All they care about is getting you to sign up once do you can t cancel No one will give you any answers and the dosing formula doesn t work This has cost me almost 1200 for absolutely nothing but frustration

Corporate greed the mental health edition

The company is a money-making machine that hires the guides as contractors in order to not have to pay fair market rates I do not trust Mindbloom as a company and I disapprove of the way they treat their guides Also the thing they don t tell you is that ketamine only works for a feew days Mindbloom would prefer clients to keep signing up for more treatments which is a huge profit for them

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company They will continue to charge your credit card even after cancelling I ve had to file 3 disputes after cancelling I had to cancel my credit card Its the only way for them to stop charging me Also please speak to a actual psychiatrist before receiving this treatment

Would give zero stars if able

I have a BEYOND lengthy story as to why Mindbloom is a despicable company who at the least is unprofessional If you care to see story after story of how failing patients appears to be their MO check Reddit This is something too important to leave to people not giving you their full attention You will not receive anything close to that here There are better more attentive effective and affordable ketamine for clinical depression options out there Just takes a little bit more research than you may assume Hang in there everybody

Well design program unprofessional therapist team

The qualification process drug delivery and web mobile app experiences were great The program is well-designed My experience engaging with Mindbloom s therapists and nurse practitioners was not a good 3 out of the 4 from the Mindbloom team left me feeling down or uncomfortable after our interactions These medical professionals were snarky immature and unprofessional If I could do it all over again i d have selected different teams or even a different service instead of Mindbloom

Mindbloom is a ripoff

Mindbloom is a ripoff Despite their policy of refunding all of your money if THEY determine that you are not a good fit I just had to file a complaint with Chase to get back my last payment of about 400 They also canceled my initial appointment with a clinician twice with less than 12 hours notice If I had been the one cancelling I would have to pay them 150 for each cancelation Apparently their time is more valuable than mine Avoid them at all costs no pun intended

I was loving the program and getting

I was loving the program and getting better from anxiety and depression I travel a lot for work my mother passed away and I was very clear to the support team that I would not come back to USA Two sessions and it was time to see the clinician and I was disqualified of the treatment cause I m not in USA I spent about USD 6 000 to go to USA flights acommodation rental car pick up the medicine and start the treatment and they made me this They gave me a ridiculous refund stay away
