I have been through multiple rounds of treatment with Mindbloom The therapy itself is unbelievable it does truly work HOWEVER if you ever need any assistance have questions need to change clinicians or schedule Good luck I had clinician Rhonda not respond for 3 weeks after multiple attempts from my guide We were looking for response on a medical concern and it just seems like no body cares one bit This smells of medical malpractice and negligence on the clinicians behalf Try and email support Why even bother you just get automated AI responses Call into a support line for questions or assistance No chance it doesn t exist As soon as the BBB website is back up this is going to be presented to them as well These are not sound business practices especially when involving people s health Medicine works miracles however the company does not care at all about its clients

Absolutely terrible experience Lea Brainerd is the worst kind of greedy person No contact no support nothing but emails Mixed my info up sent wrong dose very incompetent and dangerous Thier director has a 3 Star rating for his New York office O yeah no refunds

They have very poor communication You can be waiting forever for a reply regarding the wrong dosage they are giving you causing you to lose the flow of the medication which means a couple of hundred dollars down the drain

I really wish I had read the reviews before trying this company I had a similar experience where I was treated very poorly by this company even after my treatment was canceled by my own clinician they continued to send me medication and tell me I needed to schedule my next session AFTER my clinician disqualified me for safety reasons They continued to ship medicine to me and conveniently their policy states that they can t give refunds after second shipment of medicine They deliberately sent it to me so I couldn t cancel for a refund These people are completely incompetent and unethical They will not help you they will steal your money and let you down Trust me Read all the other 1-star reviews I wish I had

I didn t feel any different after my first session Basically it was like going to the dentist in 1978 Goofy 70 s therapy music and pretty much just took a nap for an hour Afterwards the life coach kept asking me these deep questions about my experience I told him it was akin to taking a nap and that was it Dude kept asking the same silly questions like he was reading from a script I requested cancellation and low and behold they charge you an ADDITIONAL 300 for canceling after paying the initial first monthly payment This company is a scam and they are completely dishonest Never do business with them

Jacob Young is unprofessional and literally interrogated an already traumatized person who had a prescription from a MD to try and cope I was hoping to get help to stop taking the said prescription but instead was met with hostility manipulation and a cold abusive kid who would not listen He was arrogant and had no empathy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND finding a facility in your area because this can be actually dangerous Jacob only made me feel more anxious and depressed

Waste of time Sent numerous messages to Mindbloom prior to signing up explaining my concerns and was told no worries First appointment was set for 2 Unfortunately it was a 2 am appointment not pm and I missed it Rescheduled the appointment this time I got a 6 am appointment I made this appointment The advisor asked where I was I said Colorado and he said he wouldn t be able to continue the appointment because I wasn t in my home state I explained I was traveling and it didn t matter I guess I should have lied to him I specifically asked support if I could receive treatment while traveling and was told yes no problem There are other places that offer this treatment and cheaper

First video consultation with clinician raised health flag that necessitated proof of health my words not theirs before I could continue Delayed potential treatment by over a month and raised the issue of whether treatment could even be done Because of this and a few other issues I decided Mindbloom treatment was not a good fit Currently caught in a cycle of communications trying to have money refunded per their policy Keep in mind no medication has been shipped to me I haven t even passed the medical clearance I would advise to avoid Mindbloom because if you cannot proceed cancellation and refund is not easy
