Lies lies and lies DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Same experience as others avoid this company

Awful service not convinced any human being actually works for Mint Formations So I bought the privacy package for a new company paid the extra for the printed hard copies of certificates Four weeks later and still no hard copies I emailed the support address to chase my certificates Got a weird email back weird as it was full of exclamation marks like 20 and had greetings like A good pleasant day to you And then all the email said was that the was sent out Just one sentence nothing else So I replied stating again that not received and they will need need to send again Again another weird email back full of exclamation marks and odd language stating they will send new copies out Another month later and still no hard copies received or anything from Mint Formations So this time I tried the online chat Surprise surprise just as weird as their email replies The chat person bot stated that hard copies would have been sent good day to you Wow thats useful I tried again with the chat and despite me repeating that I still hadn t got my hard copies the replies i got were like sure and ok Completely useless and clearly by this point i realised not a human response So 2mths after paying for a service from Mint Formations I still haven t received my hard copies and seems there isn t any way to actually let a human being know Absolutely useless computerised support both on chat and email I cant try the phone number as my medical condition means I cant call I strongly imagine the phone number would also be manned by a computer saying sure and pleasant day to you and being of no use I may write an old fashioned letter to them see if a human being actually reads it But right now Mint Formations clearly scamming people out of money and not providing any support to paying customers

Really bizarre Was assured a week ago they had sent a statement but gave me a tracking statement related to mail sent two weeks before that The statement has not come and I need it for verification Asked them to look into it and the same person who said they had posted the statement and gave me an unrelated tracking number wrote the following - Thanks for your email Kindly informed that due to covid-19 issue there might be a delay in receiving the parcels We could not speed up the process due to this pandemic situation Certainly we could not help you with that tracking number If we receive anything we will mail you carefully and with the fat delivery With apologies again Have a nice day After looking them up on Companies House I wish even more that I hadn t signed up with them in June Had a look to see if my correspondent is the director and found on their Companies House information only mention of Aberdeen Nigeria Research Group Ltd Mint Formations appears to be the Company Secretary for that group who are a group of Professors and Doctors of Petroleum Engineering who appear to be academics based in Scotland and of the two bios I looked at one seems to be a Malaysian Islamic Scholar Note their student awards on the webpage Dr Sola Kasim on 5 August 2020 Appointment of Dr Eddy Wifa as a director on 16 March 2020 Appointment of Dr Abubakar Alkali as a director on 11 November 2019 30 Aug 2019 Appointment of Prof Ahmad Abdulhamed as a director on 19 August 2019 Dr Ebuka Ibeke as a director on 14 August 2019 Prof Babs Oyeneyin as a director on 14 August 2019

Keep sending a bill for same service despite paying it and having proof Scammers Good luck trying to get someone to speak coherent English if you call them

It s a shame I d used this company before and they were great I opted for a simple incorporation of a private company I then got 6-10 calls every single day from a company they d sold my information to in order to get a business phone number although I didn t know this at the time Thinking it was MintFormations and with the amounts of calls I was getting I thought I d listen They said that part of my package was a business number I agreed and thought it would be a good idea to have one especially if it s part of the package They then told me it would cost 240 They also weren t apart of MintFormations they were a separate company Please don t sell customers information to your partners If I d had seen these reviews I wouldn t have bothered

After paying 38GBP for my LTD they proceeded to help me through the rest of the set-up At every step along the way I was hit with more hidden costs of which added up to roughly 200 GBP annually bear in mind I wasn t even half-way through the process I used their instant messaging service and was greeted by mary franklin who tried to trick me into carrying on the process instead of giving me the refund and cancellation that I requested To say this left me outraged is an understatement Eventually they allowed me my cancellation and a refund which will take up to 8 days apparently time will only tell Please avoid this company at all costs

A scammy company I paid them to dissolve my company which they did They then threated to take legal action against me unless I paid them more money as they were still receiving post for my company The only post they receive after a company is dissolved is a single dissolution certificate which they never sent me Full of hidden costs along the way also AVOID

Year two Mint Formations was absurd Like many businesses the pandemic has hit our revenues and I asked for quarterly or monthly billing to manage this problem and I was told no However the competition offers this The pricing was nearly 3 times the year 1 pricing and they barely scan anything I need in I would advise that you pass as not taking care of your customers in a pandemic is frankly bad business

Every message comes back as an error message I paid them money plus additional funds for a guaranteed stamp and sent did not receive anything in mail The certificate of Ltd is on black and white looks like a piece of paper not legitimate looking I sent everything they asked for but not acceptable Now they want my birth certificate over a passport I DON T THINK SO More and more starting to look like scam
