Zero communication from the company impossible to get hold of and they do not stand by their 30 day guaranteed return policy As soon as I received this product I knew I would not be able to use it it stinks like Persil or Ariel I sincerely doubt it is natural as they claim as it reeks like nasty chemical detergent I tried to return it no response at all So I m 45 out of pocket for something I cannot use just the smell from the box makes my skin itch Liars and thieves Avoid Avoid Avoid

Excessive pilling

These sheets pilled after just a few weeks worse than any sheets I have ever had I can t use them as they are incredibly uncomfortable I expected better for 150 sheets I am also disappointed that there is no way to leave a review on their site I click on the leave review tab and nothing happens They are not allowing for accurate reviews to be left so are not portraying their product correctly

although the sheets are comfortable they are not sized correctly I purchased the sheets and washed them one time and they shrunk up so much and they will not stay on my king size bed I called the company to talk about how they could handle this with possibly a refund or a credit towards another set with deeper pockets and they said there s nothing they can do They do not offer returns There are many other companies that have cooling sheets that I would look into Customer service is key when I m shopping for anything and they do not have good customer service The phone service was not helpful and a bit rude

Product reeks like stale cigarettes right out of the package violates their own promise that the antibacterial treatment will keep them fresh smelling Still stinks after laundering Company won t refund exchange since I m past the 30 day since purchasing date

What a ripoff

What a ripoff 35 for a towel And the sheets are not comfortable--they slip off the bed because they are glossy The website is hard to use and you have to be quick to avoid buying towels you don t want They keep getting put into your shopping cart unless you pay for each purchase separately But be quick or you will be charged for some unknown anti-bacterial towels I wound up getting some brown pillowcases to go with the blue sheets but I was so frustrated that I gave up I will probably throw the sheets away

I ordered the king-size sheets and they pilled terribly near the feet area upon FIRST use Wish I could attach photos here Pilling was so irritating it kept me awake Since I didn t put sheets immediately on the bed and waited a month I was told 30 days had passed so no returns or refunds Beware sheets look pretty but feel awful with bumpy irritating pilling 130 wasted

I have tiny little bead like balls all over sheets Very uncomfortable These developed after the 4th washing All instructions followed always washed separately Contacted customer service and received an automated response that they only take returns in 30 days If you are only washing your sheet as they recommend you only get one washing

Huge extra charges Checkout process was loaded with extra offers not the place to put those offers Get them sorted BEFORE trying to checkout especially if you re going to add a timer that your deal will expire in less than ten minutes Also shipping was a nightmare charged almost as much in shipping fees as I spent at the shop and were talking hundreds of dollars Also the shipping company claims they were told the value of the shipment was almost 2x what I actually spent so the fees can t be accurate Emailed Miracle twice to get answers but no reply Decent product but due to this experience this will be the last time I ll shop with Miracle Brand

Ripping after only two years Contacted the company to see what solution they would offer and all they wanted to cough up was a 25 on more sheets At the price paid for these sheets there is no way in hell I m buying more only to have fray tear again after another two years Not worth the money Customer service I received when I first bought the sheets was also terrible
