Customer support are completely

Customer support are completely clueless never answer e-mails and can t resolve a simple issue 28 e-mails sent - 3 answered 16 phone calls - still not resolved 3- failed incorrect spare parts sent still not resolved My correspondence should be used in their training sessions simply awful

Please do not buy

Please do not buy If could give a zero I would Have electric Myra shower 2 months old Solenoid valve had gone Shower was running at full power and wouldnt turn off Its my elderly Mothers house and she had to get someone in to turn water off Mira couldnt come out for a few days and said if we use our own plumber and they cap shower off Then they wouldnt be able to fix and we would be charged 80 So basically they wanted her to be without water for a few days As my mum had colitis she needs access to flushing toilet so had no choice to get own plumber And had to replace a 2 month old shower

Disgusting

Disgusting shower wasn t working had an engineer come round after a pound deposit incase no one was in there d be a charge yeah or if u changed anything in the shower which voids your warranty which they didn t say on the phone they just said it needs a new part and if we can or can t fit it it should fix the problem then said its free for someone to come out a week later came out to said its not done by their standard and went and then the money went to 80 quid to their account and the money I paid for the shower and never used Because eh waste of space this company No morals no empathy no idea of anything other than making money and scamming people I despise mira

Huge let down in service

A company I do not recommend at all It defrauds customers They sent me an invoice even though they didn t do any repairs Poor customer service no respect for customersI tried to cancel the invoice but they refused I will not pay this invoice at all If you do not cancel the invoice and send proof and confirmation of the cancellation I will not modify the review

shower installed by professional

shower installed by professional unit not working so contacted Mira who organised call-out from local dealer engineer and promised this would take place within 48hrscompany confirmed contact and that they would call out but only when they had another call in my areaseveral months passed no call outresurrected complaint and this too the engineer called out told that problem was with electric supply- but an electrician had already tested the voltage and confirmed it was not the supply that was the issue before we contacted Miracharged 80 for call out challenged both the company and mira to provide engineer report but to no avail in fact the Mira agent just ended the call and did not try to contact me back totally disillusioned by the service

Not the happiest experiences

You could give correct advice on parts and make the returns refund process a lot quicker We have a Mira shower and it failed we called Mira and were advised to purchase a specific Thermal switch - which we did - it came and we asked electrician to fit it and it was the wrong one - so we ordered the right one and asked for to return wrong part - Mira sent returns details and we sent off wrong part on 22nd Oct and despite chasing only got our refund on 21st November The new part fitted like a dream and the shower instantly worked correctly

Just phoned Mira showers to upgrade my old Mira shower I wanted the Form but the girl said that they can t do it as they can only do lick for like IT DOESN T SAY THAT on there web site or all the adverts I have been bombarded with from them I wanted to stay with Mira showers but if they can t give people the right information not worth using them

the pressure is crap the Triton I had before was far better even the air boost function is very weak

what is wrong at Mira customer services I have been trying 08000014040 since 9am this morning january 6th now 12 20 and all i get is there is no one to answeryour call Mira it s order number 1027335639 You have my phone number can someone call me

I don t think their plumbers are quite

I don t think their plumbers are quite good They try to look for other reasons and other things to blame So be careful before you invite them to your house where they will look for electrical fault so they don t have to work hard and increase your workload
