Shower Unit intermittent fault
Mark very quickly identified the fault with our shower unit which was potentially dangerous Fortunately he had a shower unit which he installed and also gave us instructions but most importantly he highlighted a potential electrical safety issue and has advised us to speak to an electrician which we will do Mark was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the entire visit It was clearthat he does a very thorough job and wewere most impressed

I spoke to Chris in the office and he was knowledgeable and professional A couple of days later the engineer Paul arrived with the appropriate part The part was replaced and he thoroughly checked the installation In addition he answered any questions I may have had and adjusted the hot water temperature He also offered advice on protecting the system in the loft from the cold weather Would highly recommend Mira
