Shower Unit intermittent fault

Mark very quickly identified the fault with our shower unit which was potentially dangerous Fortunately he had a shower unit which he installed and also gave us instructions but most importantly he highlighted a potential electrical safety issue and has advised us to speak to an electrician which we will do Mark was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the entire visit It was clearthat he does a very thorough job and wewere most impressed

Now that a pump has been added to the system to increase the pressure of the water in my home I am really enjoying my Mira shower

Danny the technician called ahead to let us know he was enroute and arrived bang on time He was both friendly and professional resolving our shower problem in a very short time Thoroughly recommend him

January 2025 issue

I spoke to Chris in the office and he was knowledgeable and professional A couple of days later the engineer Paul arrived with the appropriate part The part was replaced and he thoroughly checked the installation In addition he answered any questions I may have had and adjusted the hot water temperature He also offered advice on protecting the system in the loft from the cold weather Would highly recommend Mira

Call-out of Mira engineer Michael from Bristol gave a courtesy call to give me an ETA arrived exactly when he predicted despite the snowy icy driving conditions and was polite and professional throughout He listened patiently to everything I explained about the problem doing further checks as needed Michael r made safe the shower Very grateful for his visit today - thank you Michael and Mira Bev G Ilminster

Danny was incredibly helpful and a genuinely lovely person to talk to As well as fixing our shower he went above and beyond checking our boiler and water pressure to ensure everything was working and gave us really good advice about next steps
