Easy to fit as replacement for the old

Easy to fit as replacement for the old one which had lasted over10years before failing Reasonably priced good value for money

Great where supply pressure is low

Bought the shower unit at a good sale price Looking at the spec it looked like a good bet when the water supply is via a header tank Cheaper option than fitting an in-line low pressure pump I had previously bought a shower head with the stones in it these work a bit like putting your finger over the end of a hose pipe Thus in turn decreases flow rate through the shower unit I m not sure whether this then stays in the operating spec for the heater unit While fitting one of these I saw that our old shower unit was leaking from a pressure relief valve after 15yrs service it wasn t a surprise Hence we bought this new unit and had no need of a dubious stone filled shower head The shower is fitted in my daughters bathroom She reckons that this is the best shower she has used in our house

Replacing an old Mira shower made simple

I replaced a Mira shower which was over 20 years old with the updated and current design Mira have been great in retaining the basic dimensions meaning that I was able to re-use the same screw holes in the tiles Even better connecting to the water feed and electrical input was totally straightforward Thank you Mira

Micheal of Bristol came over to sort out our shower His work was excellent from all aspects Called 60 minutes in advance so I could organize to be there Arrived on time identified problem sorted it out and gave advice on avoiding the problem in the future Excellent service and most appreciated

Shower Head

Had a problem with my shower head I emailed them and they came back the very next day and solved the problem by replacing the head No stress with this at all it was very good Customer Services and aftercare which is all very important

Phillip thoroughly explained what he did was helpful Was clean and tidy when undertaking work Had mat on the floor and more covers over his shoes

I had an issue with shower

I had an issue with shower Customer service called n fixed an appointment with engineer n got it resolved at the earliest Excellent as all covered under warranty
