Thanks Sebastian and Mira for fixing my shower I booked online and originally listed the wrong shower model When Sebastian arrived he realised this and as he didn t have the correct part due to my mistake he went on a call with Mira and they rebooked me for two business days later

Leaking shower head in our house so we contacted Mira showers who sent out an engineer to sort it out The work was carried out by Kyle who was on time and very efficient The shower was under 5 years old so the work was covered under warranty

Contacted Mira showers as I needed to replace and old electric shower The discussion in relation this was straightforward and the whole process is one I would recommend They supplied the new shower a few days before the appointed engineer arrived Andrew from South Wales Mira showers was excellent He arrived punctually and fitted the new shower with out any problems I would use Mira showers again

I have a Mira Agile shower that s 10 years old now discontinued Recently the water temperature lever stopped working leaving me with only cold water I contacted Mira paid 160 and an engineer was booked for two days later To my surprise Mira called to let me know they could send the engineer a day earlier than scheduled Nigel the engineer arrived right on time in a Mira-branded van wearing a Mira uniform it was reassuring to see he was a genuine Mira engineer rather than just an approved local plumber He quickly repaired the shower by installing a new temperature controller I expected to pay extra for the replacement part but to my delight everything was included in the initial charge The part alone would have cost over 100 if I had purchased it myself The service was exceptional and I m thrilled to have my 10-year-old shower working perfectly again so quickly Fantastic experience overall
