Missguided is the worst company I have

Missguided is the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with over Christmas I hope they read this review quicker than they respond to customers emails I received a totally different item to that ordered Despite numerous emails I have not received a return code or refund but they were very quick to take my money A signed for letter of complaint was received by them on Friday 30 December I d warn anyone thinking of using Missguided to think twice If they ever resolve my complaint I will write another review

Scam business wouldn t order again Waiting for my money back

If I could offer a minus I would Placed an order money taken out my account straight away Then slowly over 7 days I started getting cancelled emails Out if 8 they had 2 after 7 DAYS I contacted them to say I didn t want to go ahead The staff member Muhammed advised to cancel so I did I was advised within 2 hours that I could not cancel and that it was picked and packed as soon as I placed the order which was a lie I then get an email from evri to state that it was going out for delivery Then advised would be delivered between 12to1 We waited home and nothing arrived Then an email late evening around 8pm to say it had been delivered with a picture of someone else s door Never had issues with Evri before but this all seems a complete fraudulent sham from the start

My feet are destroyed thank you Missguided

I purchased some strappy flatform sandals and wore them for only a couple of hours after wearing for about 30 minutes the first strap came off the sole base Throughout the duration of the night one by one hour by hour each of the straps came off my shoe While the shoes were in one piece they rubbed my feet raw my feet are in a diabolical state and no ones feet should be like this after wearing shoes so please please please BEWARE

Charging 3 for delivery and then 5

Charging 3 for delivery and then 5 for a return when your own sizing is wrong is crazy I used to quite like Missguided a few years back but I was shocked at these prices Without physical stores you HAVE to order things to try them on to ensure the fit I ve essentially been charged 8 to try something on and because I had to send it back and the item itself cost 9 I m essentially out of pocket for an item I can t even use No way will I be going through Missguided again and had I known about the return cost before I ordered I never would have bought from there If it was just because I didn t like the item that s one thing but charging that much for something that doesn t fit and therefore can t be used is baffling

I ordered 404 worth of items

I ordered 404 worth of items which got delivered over a week late The items were returned back to me and left outside by a bin with no txt or email I am on holiday for an extended period of time and the parcel is no longer outside The company have been absolutely in denial about the whole matter and have offered no support or guidance I will be reporting them as scam artists at every opportunity possible My order number is APPMISS40000077615239

Worst company ever

Worst company ever The sizes are huge even if you order size 4 that would fit someone wearing a size 8-10 And the customer service is even worst I m not able to make a return because the label has not been generated and it tells me to contact customer service but the money had been taken from my account On the live chat only the robot replies and it s not helpful they don t reply to emails at all No reply on instagram chat and on facebook they started to reply and then when I told them the problem they didn t answer anymore So now I m stuck with huge clothes that I can never wear and also can t return them

Exceptionally poor customer service

Exceptionally poor customer service I have just been served by the rudest webchat assistant called Bethany who could not be bothered to look into my query I returned items over 2 weeks ago I can see they received my parcel at their Warehouse but they are refusing to acknowledge that I have sent items back I ve got an Evri Parcelshop receipt could not even be bothered to look into it Im so appalled they have just lost a customer for life Never again

Absolutely awful material funny sizing and the cheapest material ever It was see through Very expensive delivery compared to other companies and then 4 99 to return item as well so money spent on delivery on its own costs 9 98 - so not even worth sending back TERRIBLE Will not buy from them again ever Also dress came with small brown mark on
