Refund policy is atrocious- confirmed by their customer service that it takes 21 days for the items to be retuned and processed by their warehouse then a further 3-5 days to receive money in your account - So up to 26 days Such a shame as the clothing is reasonably priced and generally good quality

The quality from products is not that

The quality from products is not that nice for the price they are charging I had a vest that was bad quality wanted to return that but I need to pay the return myself And they will charge you 4 euros for returning something The customer service was weird she didn t even came with solution till I asked her specifically for one Didn t even say goodbye Either way never ordering here again

Ridiculous time to process a refund You can track it but all you see is them with your items for 10 days Maybe they re holding our money to gain the interest This will be my last purchase as I can t afford to be without that money for up to 21 days Shame because the clothes are nice

Very poor quality

I ordered three dresses and total was 75 the quality of the items is awful for the price and I won t be shopping with Miss Guided again the seaming coming loose the fabric very creased the buttons coming away sizing is very questionable overall a terrible experience and now I will have to wait for a 75 refund very disappointed

Honest option awful customer service

Ordering and selecting items initially we re pretty quick and easy I wanted to return things and did so within the terms and condition I contacted missguided after not hearing any updates after 2 weeks and they responded saying the refund should be with me in 3-7 days once processed Nothing further I had been a month and still never heard anything from there company nor seen any evidence of the refund going back to my account They are unreliable when it comes to customer service and take about 3 working days to reply

Terrible at refunds

I have no issues with the delivery of my Missguided orders but the returns process is a joke I have returned 4 orders to Missguided and on all 4 occasions they have never contacted me to say they received them or refunded me I have had to contact them to chase each one before eventually having it refunded Currently waiting on another refund at the moment it s been 11 days since I sent it back and as usual haven t heard anything even though tracking says they received it four days ago

Returns do not get processed

I have NDD so have placed lots of orders Every single return I make does not get refunded without me getting in touch and having to give my order number etc I left one order a month after returning to see if they would do it off their own back but no I had to get in touch So as long as you keep return receipts and chase them you will be fine

What s Happened to Automatic Refunds

For some unknown reason my refunds have not be paid back into my account automatically for the past 9 months or so on every order I have returned I have had to contact Missguided after three weeks on live chat for the refunds to be made Is there any reason why it should take more than 3 weeks for refunds to be processed when parcels are retuned to Missguided by the courier with 4 5 days of being collected

Refund issues

I have bought from MG alot over the years and have Unicorn next day delivery However it has become apparent that over the past appx 3 months every return I make several weeks pass and I am chasing the refund The matter is dealt with promptly via the chat But I should not have to consistently chase it especially as the service was never that way before
