This shop is very unreliable

This shop is very unreliable sometimes next day delivery won t come for 4 days sometimes the clothes are okay and sometimes they are absolutely horrible and don t fit even when you buy the right sized I have had some nice clothes for here but most of the time I end up sending them back

Bad quality but okay

Bought three dresses All came ok but the quality was so bad One dress was plasticky polyester the others were cotton and linen which is good but the fit was very wide and unflattering Seems to be the case with all their products If you are expecting quality forget it It s good that you can talk through live chat I had my refund problem solved Also the fact that you do returns separately is slightly ridiculous All in all it s okay if you re not into quality clothing

Usually i am dead impressed with misguided and am a loyal customer who pays for the annual next day delivery But there returns processing at the moment is ridiculous Already complained this week and still no refund I returned an order about a month ago and the money was straight into my bank account so i dont understand why it is taking so long this time around

I really like Missguided items

I really like Missguided items I recently ordered some stuff due to styling amendments I had to return them - just to learn that it can take up to 10 working days to be refunded That was a massive turn off - this is the solely reason behind my 3 stars I hope that they will implement more efficient ways and get on the similar quick pace as their competitors I am hoping to be able to update this review to a more positive one in the nearest future

Just got my package through from missguided it s not completely what I expected Some of the items aren t as what they are shown on the website Probably my own fault but is misleading I do however like the style

Nice clothes but slow delivery if you want it next day

Ordered some clothes and paid for next day delivery They didn t arrive the next day and I was contacted and told to wait another 24 hours They kindly refunded me the delivery charge but now 3 days later there is no sign of my parcel I contacted Yodel who said they have not received it Very disappointed with the slow delivery and I didn t find the customer service portal very helpful as I was told simply to wait another 48 hours So that means it will be 5 days I paid for next day delivery for a reason

Good customer service awful delivery partner

If rating my most recent customer service experience it was 5 Siphosethu was helpful and so funny to chat with and gave me all the info she could about some delayed orders A true CS queen However sort your delivery partner out I ve paid for a year of next day delivery and more often than not I m lucky if the order turns up within 4-5 days It s disappointing and annoying to constantly have delayed orders Would rate higher if this wasn t a constant issue

5 stars for Trinita actually investigated and informed me of what was happening where as Noxolo made no sense when it came to explaining why i still hadn t been refunded 0 star for the returns process I was sent a wrong item sent it back over 4 weeks ago I stated it was wrong on my return However the warehouse is still processing my return as the item doesn t match what is on their portal Missguided You sent out the wrong item and all now my item is still being processed Make it make sense

Web chat kumisha processed refund straight away been waiting nearly a month so great service on the webchat however I note similar comments from a lot of people here- shouldn t have to raise webchat to get refund processed the company should stick to their SLAs

Received faulty items paid next day delivery because I have a holiday coming up on the Monday got in contact with them done a return they said they would not send my items out till Monday even though I keep telling them that I ve paid for next day delivery They refunded me 1 75 and thought that that would be enoughI m still doing the return however I m not in a rush to send it back as they re not willing to help me out and send me the items they were so faulty I m surprised I even got sent out
