Issue resolved without hassle

I m a new customer and so far I ve enjoyed shopping from Missguided However I had issues with my parcel that I was upset about I would like to thank Ben from the complaints team Mpilwenhle for resolving my complaint I m grateful

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy it came quickly and to sent a return back using in post lockers was so easy and quick too I did have a problem with the time it was taking to get an update on the return but the live chat was extremely helpful and sorted it out in couple of minutes

Holey Pocket - Rectified

Bought a coat and it had a hole in the pocket so I kept losing things into the coat Contacted customer services and they offered a full refund to return the item As it was sold out online and I m happier to see it myself I was refunded delivery charge plus 40 of price which I am happy with Nokwanda helped me online and she was very quick with helping she is the reason this review isn t lower than a 4 given a faulty product

Great customer service chat caused issues

Maksooda was very helpful I had a problem with the discounts not applying when the items went to my checkout I sent a screenshot of the prices advertised and was quickly refunded the 40 so that I paid the appropriate price Unfortunately 4 stars and not 5 because I had a couple of problems with the chat on mobile I couldn t minimise it to take the photo and I had to start again a couple of times

Trustworthy and decent quality

Clothes are generally good quality and the delivery process isn t too bad It s a shame they don t carry better styles but if you know what you want to get and it isn t too specific then it s a good place to buy Everything I ve bought I ve been happy with Although I did buy a size 8 dress a WHILE ago and it was a bit big It was still nice enough to wear though

Chat tool is a godsend

I had issues with delivery of an order and Hermes were absolutely no help and the misguided website wasn t too helpful either As soon as I used the chat tool someone called Beryl solved the problem for me instantly They were brilliant and made it not stressful at all even refunding me the delivery fee without me asking Thank you Beryl

Late but compensated

I ordered 3 dresses 10 days prior to my event with express shipping The expected arrival for them to be delivered on Monday I got in contact with them on Wednesday 3 days prior to the event Unable to tell me when delivery would be they refunded my the cost of the express delivery They were as helpful as they could be but very generous with the refund

Ayanda was very helpful today and processed a part refund for a faulty item that I chose to keep Only suggestion for miss guided is to potentially offer a replacement to be sent before a return is made The coat I was contacting them about is the only one I have at the moment so I was hesitant about sending it back before having a replacement due to the cold weather

Spoke with Tina via chat with regards to an issue whereby I was charged twice for an item Was really impressed with how fast Tina was able to explain what had happened and attempt to sort it all out for me So handy not having to wait until the morning to resolve this issue Thanks Tina
