Great quality and customer service

I received my first order and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of all my items Sizing is spot on unlike a lot of other online stores and everything comes as it s pictured no surprises When I received my order I found that part of my order was missing I opened a live chat with Thandolwethu and they were extremely helpful and prompt the issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes Unfortunately the item went out of stock right after I ordered but they didn t hesitate to issue a full refund for the missing item Will definitely be shopping here again

Never shopped here before and figured I would try here for the first time and I m very pleased Clothes are all lovely if some are slightly cheaper fabrics but I only bought sale stuff and nothing full price no faults or defects or dirty items I m chuffed with everything Fast postage too

I ordered a pretty dress but the size was too small for me so I had to return it The return experience was great fast and efficient I had to contact Customer Services about my refund and the assistance I received from Pearl was highly professional and courteous I will definitely shop again

I returned an item a month ago and didn t receive my refund I chatted on webchat with a lady called Pearl She sorted the refund out within minutes I was super impressed and wouldn t hesitate to shop with misguided again their customer service is really good Thank you Pearl and Misguided x

I made an order through Missguided and received all my items on time One of the things didn t fit correctly and the website was giving me some trouble Pearl helped me via customer service chat and she was great She helped me create a return label All the rest of my items were perfect

I contacted Missguided chat to speak about an order that was taking a while Pearl answered instantly was apologetic and fixed the issue in 5 minutes My order was lost they couldn t find it so offered a replacement with fastest shipping or refund I got the shipping and Pearl sorted it out straight away Great service

I had a faulty dress I spoke to Mercy who was very helpful and told me how I could go about getting a replacement Then I spoke to Beryl who ordered my replacement gave me a new order number and a tracking link Both people were fast efficient and very helpful thank you to them

I had to return some items via courier however the courier had not updated there delivery status and after nearly a month I was still waiting for refund When I contacted Missguided through their live web chat Pearl who was acutally a human not robot was so helpful and refunded my money straight away

Quick and efficient

Having just been on the online chat have had my refund now refunded was very easy to use and my psi pen was resolved within around 2 mins So that I believe is good service The negative I would say is using Hermes now evri who are so slow to send parcels back And think all retailers woyid be better using Royal Mail then no quibbles with refunds
