Cheap cheap cheap Waited long to receive them and what I received is bizarre it most likely cost them 5 per pair this is the worst quality sneakers I have ever purchased Paid 85 well fool me once definitely letting all my friends and fam know to never purchase from them

Finally got my shoes in They came in a plastic bag that got torn up Poor shipping practice to save on cost or whatever doesn t matter The shoes are poor quality Horribly visible glued sole The inserts are crappy Flaking apart quickly Would have been happier paying half the price I did for these Definitely NOT what was expected for sure NOT worth 80 Will not recommend at all

Is it that hard to send the right pair I ordered

When ordered my 1st pair everything went smoothly ordered my 2nd pair went smoothly as a barbwired fence Sent the wrong pair got them during the black friday sale But damn because I got them at a good price what do they tell the fulfilment center hey this one paid the cheap sale price send him the one s that aren t selling for us right now

Great shoes but pricey false advertisement

Great shoes but pricey The company false advertises for their memberships to trap you Originally offer 70 off then after you signed up they change it to say up to 70 off - which I have screenshots of Offers 50 off the first month fee but provides no promo code space to use it You have to email them to cancel and they take 5 days to respond and typically with the same generic responses You never actually talk to a person you gamble making purchases and signing up with them Not a risk I d say is worth it

Got half my order but took all my money

I order two pairs of sneakers Got DNa T650 within a week But I never received the DNA T240 and when I go to track item just says order The customer service representative respond in email saying my order has been shipped but it has now been 4 weeks Disappointing and won t support

Prepare for inconsistent shipping

Placed an order Jan 15 It s literally been a month and my shoes still haven t arrived Website says 9 business days max for standard shipping Ordered shoes for my sister Jan 16 and they came within a week If they re out of stock don t let me buy them Or at least email me letting me know I m being generous with a 2 star considering I still haven t got my pair

My last order never showed up Company requires it be missing for 90 days before they will issue a refund or replacement Im ay 112 days Had to threaten company with FTC and BBB complaints to finally get my refund Shoes are amazing if they ever show up

I placed an order for Christmas 2022 and only received a partial shipment I continually inquired about a delivery date for the second pair of shoes Emails asked me to be patient they are on their way from a different location It s now April 2023 Now all my email attempts are coming back as undeliverable So ANGRY

Shoe runs small

I like the design of the shoe However I ordered a size 13 and they are running more like an 11 5 or 12 Is there anyway I can reach out about getting them returned for a bigger size

Seems a little strange

I ordered my shoes on November 15th it is now December 2nd I received a tracking number but then today i got about 6 emails saying the status of my order kept changing from in transit to pending This seems a little sketchy
