shipping time is one thing

Shoes are really cheaply made Says they ship out of California but my shop app shows Quanzhou Fujian So I don t know how you say you have an inhouse designer that works only with you guys Ordered size 11 but they are a size too big somehow Took over a month to get so not going to bother returning

I should have known better

shipping time is one thing took a while The shoes are not what I expected but okay My real issue is everyone says that they are COMFORTABLE but mines are defective my left shoe is like bending in and hurts my heel This is straight DOG WATER don t want to wait for another pair and probably wont refund

So far my experience with them so far is rather sketch Nothing seems legit I m pretty sure this is a scam and I don t expect to ever receive my order It s been 3 weeks so far and It s a few days passed the availability date but I have no shipping information as promised probably won t receive any either Definitely going to be surprised if my order shows

So this is my review after having the shoes for a few months Took forever to come in for one it was kinda ridiculous The shoes looked very nice once they came in but just felt cheap One pair actually broke while I was trying them on Not to mention they re like 20 all over AliExpress Granted they re probs made by a different company they probably feel the same shoe wise Just doesn t feel like a sturdy shoe to me I gave this company a try the shoes are stylish but won t be ordering again

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and got them on september 1st but they were to small I emailed Them 3 times 4 days ago for exchange and still haven t gotton a reply I am hoping to get a response on here It ashame because I do like the shoesupdate I have gotton 1 one email with 1 of the bar codes still waiting for the second one

Shoes are very low quality

I put in an order 3 days ago for next day air and this being day 4 bi movement or motion on my order I sent an email showing concern no response at all On Facebook they did respond but with no help Now my son s birthday has come and no shoes Missed giving him the present he wanted Why tho people are honoring your product but no honor in return

Still haven t received my order

Shoes are very low quality they are not worth 60-80 bucks took 1 month to get got a pair for me and my wife her shoes had glue smudges on them Update They sent a replacement pair and the replacement pair is just as poor of quality There are glue line on the shoes Do not give as a gift You will get laughed at

Bad company policies

Ordering clothes or shoes online is a gamble I ordered the shoes and immediately tried to cancel my order because I read reviews where it was taking 4 weeks for the shoes to arrive I didn t want to wait that long I tried to cancel but was told it was not possible to cancel an order once it was placed But I did receive the shoes within a week of placing my order so I was happy with the timeline The shoes were not comfortable and I questioned the quality of them The heels of the shoes were about 1 thick which caused all my weight to be transferred to my big toe My foot felt like it was going to slide out of the shoe and thought over time I would eventually punch a hole in the big toe area of the shoe I returned the shoes and their return process was easy they emailed me shipping label that I taped to the package but they ended up charging a handling fee The whole process cost me 20 I paid 75 for the shoes they subtracted the handling fee from my return and refunded me 55 I lost 20 on the whole thing I am not recommending these shoes or the company

Shipping is rather slow

I couldn t tell you very much about the product because the date the product has not arrived I got a notice a week ago that it was on the way and I ordered it a week or a week and a half prior to that and it s not here yet

For the love of god do not buy from this website

For the love of god do not buy from this website I got recommended from a friend to buy from the website because I liked the way his shoes looked And I did AND IT TOOK A MONTH for the shoes to arrive Not only that but the shoe quality is terrible it looks like its made out of cardboard The only reason I give this 2 stars is the fact that the shoes even arrived
