Great experience

After seeing many bad reviews I had a doubt if I should order something from mnml but I liked the look of their jeans and decided to give it a try anyway And to be honest I don t know where does all the hate come from My order was shipped the next day and since I live in EU I chose an option to pay Import Duties Taxes in advance together with my order However when the order arrived seems like Import Duties Taxes have not been paid on my behalf so I had to pay them again to a courier on delivery I contacted mnml customer service regarding this issue and received their response within hours and they immediately refunded me that part of my order Jeans look like in the pictures and I am satisfied with the quality From a sizing standpoint just take a look at their size guide they have for every jeans and compare it to a jeans you already have I did that and it turned out to be my normal size 34 and they fit me great Altogether I am very happy with my order and I will buy from mnml again

Why are people having issues

I don t understand why loads of people have problems with MNML I bought a hoodie last year 2021 from them Not only is the quality fantastic as is the fit Their customer service is great and I received the hoodie in a few days I live in the UK too

I bought some pants from them and they fit great it s hard to find pants as a tall person Took about a week to ship other reviews say they are terrible but I liked the pants I got and I hope they keep making long pants

Favorite jeans brand

Have been a returning customer with mmml la for about a year now - while they did have some serious delays last Christmas I ve never had any problems receiving and or returning items for free at any other time No problems contacting them either - they always got back to me in a very timely manner when I needed them to Finding the right jeans size for me was a breeze certainly compared to other streetwear online stores - thanks to detailed sizing charts consistent cuts and their denim pretty much running true to size Some of their products are a bit too out there for my taste but they also have a good range of basics and simpler designs Decently priced solid quality denim with an interesting range of detailed washes and colors that make most other brands look generic and cheap IMO My growing stack of mmml la jeans has even pushed my former go-to jeans brand to the side Levi s who seem to have forgotten how to put together a proper fit - they re all over the place by now With mnml la it s always a near perfect fit for me across several of their denim series especifically the M and X series Color me happy and pretty damn well-dressed

Although there are many negative reviews on this site about this company my experience with mnml was pretty good My order shipped 2 days after ordering A few days later I noticed that the tracking number that was given to me was invalid so I contacted them via email The next day they replied and resolved it by giving me the correct tracking number shoutout to Kathrina A week later I got my items Extremely comfortable pants and a tee that was made of surprisingly good quality Very fast and friendly service The online site also has very detailed measurements for each part of the pants according to each size which I really appreciate since you re buying pants online Most sites just give you the length waist and inseam for each size Honestly if you buy pants from them and they don t fit you probably didn t even bother looking at the sizing chart since they literally lay out each measurement for you First time ordering from them will order again
