I have purchased from mnml before and never had issues buying and receiving my orders from them However recently I made 2 purchases and was very unhappy with the products itself The first purchase I got the everyday sweatshorts and the D212 denim The sweatshorts came defected with large fraying on the drawstrings and the jeans were too tight for me size 29 to the point I could not sit comfortably down on a chair I knew the jeans were my fault since I got them in the wrong size I reached out to them and after awhile I was informed that I could get a replacement for the defected shorts and as for the jeans I could not since it was my fault which I absolutely understand and was happy enough that I could get a replacement for the shorts Fast forward I was lucky enough to sell of my D212 denim which I got in the wrong size to someone So I was glad and decided to buy 2 pairs for D212 denim in blue black color and this time in my right size 30 Afterwards I got them they came in time however sadly I think the D212 jeans do not fit me Because this time as I tried them both on they left the bulge effect on my crotch area you get the drift And this could be concluded from the fact that the waist size of the jeans are bigger than my waist size but it s the usual kind that u can fix with a belt but for this jeans I have no idea perhaps this jeans really ain t for me I simply do not like the idea that there s an awkward bulge at my crotch area even without a belt Even though some of my shirts goes below my crotch it s still a bummer because having this bulge effect just means that the jeans do not fit u nicely and it just bothers me Additionally it s been a week or so and I still have not received tracking from mnml about my replacement shorts and I am also stuck with these 2 jeans that do not fit me well and give me the awkward crotch look In a nutshell I have absolutely no issues with mnml shipping and all I am from asia btw My main issue is probably still the D212 denim I did leave a review on their page but I know it wouldn t be published because it would deter people from buying so I am saying it here Additionally also about their slow response after promising to give me a replacement for my defected shorts UPDATE I received tracking for the replacement shorts today Overall I can t agree with those who say they never receive their stuff or saying they have poor customer service Because a I always receive what I purchase and b they do have a decent customer service

Unorganized and Terrible customer

Unorganized and Terrible customer service I placed an order December 3 and everything went smoothly The quality wasnt as expected but it wasnt terrible I exchanged one item and returned the second item and that s when everything went downhill The item i exchanged was not a good fit so I returned it as well Now the process to get my refund for both items I returned has been a huge inconvenience They don t send any confirmations that they have received your order and are processing your refund Good thing I have receipts that I delivered the items and they were received by the company I had to contact them multiple times to see what the status of my refunds were and no one has been able to answer any of my questions regarding the status of my refund It is now February and I am STILL waiting for my refund I have emailed them multiple times and I can t even get a phone number out of them to speak to someone in person And to add to that the chat they have on their website is BS No one is ever on to address your issues You have to wait days later to get a response How do you expect to increase your clientele and get loyal customers if you provide them with the appropriate customer service

Quality and service is mnml

I have received items from mnml and the quality is not that great for the money The sizing is also a bit funny I think for price and quality for people in the UK don t bother I know the pictures make the clothes look good but I feel you ll just be disappointed I think you can get similar stuff from boohoo man for a lot cheaper and the quality is better plus you don t have to wait so long cause boohoo next day delivery is amazing Also my latest order is in limbo somewhere for the past couple of weeks The tracking is stuck and no one want to take ownership but I believe the fault is with mnml as it s most likely hanging around their warehouse I bought that Route protection option too don t bother does nothing All in all I m not going to purchase from mnml again it really isn t worth it When you do receive the items they re disappointing when you don t receive the items its disappointing It s too hit and miss Best to just stay clear I know most people write reviews when they receive poor service but I have got clothes and things went smooth but it s just not worth it Their customer service is not great either Replying politely with some scripted sentences and providing your tracking details is not answering the question or addressing your queries Their responses are really quite frustrating My honest recommendation best not be tempted by this company The fact that don t reply to reviews on here says it all

Don t bother

I bought a cardigan the quality is so so but size S smallest is huge I want to return it but to they don t do free refurns and it costs 25 to return for me I bought sweatshirt for 50 This is so unfair like I m stuck with too big of the cardigan I will avoid them

Against my better judgement I decided

Against my better judgement I decided to give these guys a go The reviews of this company are not great but they have some nice stuff on their site The delivery is slow but not terrible The sizing is ok although I prob could go a size up The quality well its poor Not what I expected at all Their stuff looks way better in the pics Really not worth the hassle or wait find a local alternative and spend a bit more Shame as if their quality and delivery was better Id order loads of stuff from them

Reviews are fake

I ordered a pair of pants and for one they didn t fit they said baggy fit but when they came in I could barely put them on I ordered my usual size so i dont see what the issue is So I try to write a review about this item to my surprise the review never shows up on their website I start looking at other reviews and they are all 5 stars every single one of them
