This website is horrible i would not reccomend buying from here at all unless you want to be out money They send you bad quality stuff and when it says sequins or dress may be different pattern they send you a totally different dress when I try to work with the merchant to get my refund she wont provide a label and she expects me to pay 65 00 USD to ship it back to China when my order wasn t even that much so they just want to screw customers and steal your money The quality of this product is bad itself I would not wear their dresses anywhere they look nothing like the pictures Fraud don t buy and waste your time with momycharm The merchant will not give me my full refund best she could do was 10 which is not ok the shipping itself was that amount so this site is a ripoff

If you value your hard earned money you will avoid this company like the plague Their return policy is nonexistent - even when it s is their fault I had to pay 27 to return my item back to China That s half the cost of the item Save your money and purchase the same item from Amazon which is faster with free returns

I wish I had read this review prior to ordering from this website I ordered a jacket on 11-6-21 shipping was to be 10-15 days however it is now 13 December and still no jacket I know it is coming from China but this is totally unacceptable In addition all communication has been ceased from company which adds insult to injury Why o why did I not order this jacket from Amazon I would have had the jacket or at least a response within one week Never again would I order from this company - and you shouldn t either
