I ordered junk silver I didn t receive it but I got their good-silver they made a profit Realistically no one is in business to lose I tested their honesty- at a small fee Don t invest too much until you re sure of the integrity I don t think I ll ever do it again They re off my list

I feel I was deceived

I feel I was deceived I clicked on the JM Bullion and this site came up I thought Bullion had changed their format Then I read the reviews for this organization which were in the dumps Then I see that they don t allow you to cancel your order I considering turning them into the Federal Trade Commission

Terrible experience Placed my order and filled out my information only for them to send it to my billing address anyway Called and explained only for them to tell me to call USPS Ended up Never received my order because it went to an address I no longer live at Use SD a much better company

Avoid them

I ordered silver coins from these knuckleheads they said they shipped it the shipper didn t leave a confirmation pickup notice it got shipped back to money medals exchange money medals exchange wanted additional money for re shipping I gave him additional money for shipping they didn t not charge my credit card and consequently did not ship the coin and they actually claim my coin and bought it back for me without my consent Do not order from these jackwagonsUse Gainesville Coin they kick Money Metals Ass

I tried them out because they were supposedly reliable and fast So far the shipping is not impressive I ll update when I ve received my order By the way there are cheaper places to shop as well I was disappointed when I saw some other rates after my purchase

You might as well roll down the window and fling your money into traffic Money Metals does not enforce their shipping policy this is the second time this year my parcel was stolen By USPS no less My shipments require a signature and they let USPS do whatever the F they want So this is partially on Money Metals and partially on USPS Now We know USPS carriers are as worthless as two tits on a boar hog but MM can at least enforce their own damn policy Do not buy here go to JM Billion

I ordered 5 random coins out of a 5 options Only one of the 5 offered was boring music instruments the rest where cool animals Figured I d get a few cool animal ones Recieved and opened to find all 5 the same and the music coins That s not random that s a sleazy move for them to get rid of the least popular coins When I complained they said they would buy them back at reduced price What a bad company guess they rather deceive customers instead of repeat customers Stay away

Don t use this company PERIOD They try to trick you into following a lot of pages on their web site and then they act as though you made a commitment I decided not to make a purchase until I had done more research but just because they got me to give them some of my personal information they started collection s activities against me I never agreed to anything and they are trying to get money for holding something I have no idea what that means They are a total fraud and a big time scammer operation Do not do business with them or you will probably regret it
