Tried to register and my account was immediately closed Got in touch with customer support and I was told that I was in breach of the terms and conditions and it had something to do with being registered with their sister sites but would not clarify exactly what the breach was Told the customer service agent that I was not happy and that I would be leaving a negative review and the response I got was you can do what you like What a bunch of stupid morons They deserve the current 1 7 Trustpilot rating and I would stay away from these scumbags

Wow I have emailed these loads complaining I put 1000 on a few weeks back hardly give me any wins at all I honestly think it s a scam site not a gambling site because it never gives you fair play the staff are absolutely horrible So yesterday I put another 50 on got the bonus won nothing then the game reloaded and took every penny it s just wrong on every level I m permanently banning myself just take it as a loss lesson learned

Terrible service had no issues withdrawing winnings until now winnings transferred to an old bank account of mine we are now 3 weeks down the line and still no sign of the payment reverting back to my balance even though I have sent proof time and time again from the bank eBay the payment was reverted I need this sorted asap monopoly or you ve lost a good customer
