Poor service ordered a radiator to be delivered said 3-4 days on the website purchased Once purchase complete received an email to say it would be a week and delivery on 16th December 16th came and went with no correspondence whatsoever 17th still no delivery so called the company My order hadn t gone through to the supplier and would have to wait another week That s another week in December with no heating Asked for a refund so can use money to try order one elsewhere and the response well it s upto the sales team to sort that Please do it ASAP I need the money to buy a new one In short Don t bother

I m a professional plumbing and heating engineer I go through a 1 000 copper end feed 1 2 male and a 1 000 copper end feed 1 2 females per years the contract I have insists on the superior copper fitting which are nearly twice the price of the poor quality brass ones Over the 10 order per year I guarantee they will send the cheap brass ones but with no refund etc I call that cheating By all means buy from this company but watch them like a hawk for conning you

Beware of their tricks
I ordered 136 worth of materials from MonsterPlumb which never arrived I received a smug email explaining they wouldn t fulfil my order because I gave them a bad review in the past You couldn t make MonsterPlumb up The bad review was regarding sending cheap brass endfeed females instead of the branded copper ones I had ordered but it s all my fault and because I dared to refuse one of their little scams they won t serve me now boo hoo boo hoo
