On January 24th I sent an email regarding my January 14th order of monopod bundle January 26th I was informed fed ex lost my order and was asked if I wanted replacement or cancellation I chose cancellation since order was gift SAME DAY-my order cancelled and refund process initiated Fantastic customer care and I ll be ordering the bundle later this year I did order and receive a moon pod pillow It arrived quickly not damaged and I LOVE IT I am impressed with the product and customer care quality I received

I placed an order this morning which I should ve given more thought to After a few hours I contacted moon pod owning my error and asking them to cancel my order Because the only means of contact is email I was getting more and more concerned as time passed No need I did indeed hear back via email and everything had been taken care of The order was canceled and my credit card was reversed Absolutely no problem I really appreciate this level of customer service especially when it was my mistake
