UNBELIVEABLE - same claim of other customers - 1 My Account Profile page never contains any data I don t know when my subscription renews 2 They auto-renewed my subscription unknown to me They don t warn you There is no way to cancel the service on their site 3 I contacted them via Contact Us They replay once asking me the Credit Card number to renew the subscription No additional contacts4 All-in-all a slow web site and terrible customer service 5 The Home page is full of advertaising 6 I have all my data in Porfolio Premium but I can not analyze them 7 Morningstar decided to suspend the delivery of Monthly Portfolio Report even if it was in the cost of the subscription

Failed IT and failed help desk
Tried to get a premium trial but the payment system wouldn t accept any of my cards so I didn t even start it 14 days later they tried to take money from my account I wrote to them explaining that I hadn t had the trial because their IT had failed The help centre sent me a stock response saying they always take money after the trial period has ended and that I couldn t have a refund but they would turn off the auto renew They then closed the help ticket so I couldn t reply to tell them that they hadn t bothered to read my original email

Morningstar false price data to trading platforms
Morningstar provides price data to several trading platforms Commencing 10 9 18 13 16 it has been sending false data that cancels stop losses as if they had failed by gapping So far cancelled 38 times for portfolio of 20 because repeatedly replacing eg GAW

Portfolio page not available again
After logging in with 2 different browsers I am unble to access my Portfolio Therefore I cannot update and cannot see the value of my investments or access my watchlist This happened 3 weeks ago since then I ahve not accessed until today and the problem is still there It is a waste of my time logging on and waiting for a fat zero

Constant Problems With Website
What they offer I find very useful especially the X-ray and portfolio tool the problem is the website never works properly and when you email them all you get back is it s a known problem For the last few weeks X-ray hasn t worked and now it s impossible to even access your portfolio I m referring to the UK site which I use Will be cancelling my 20 a month subscription as it s just not worth the grief

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible Staff unsure what they are doing to be completely honest Waiting time for orders to be took was ridiculous Meanwhile staff walking about talking Eventually had to go to bar myself and ask could we order Wouldn t recommend cocktails either as the glsssrs come half filled Just a terrible experience all in would not recommend

Not possible to cancel Morningstar Dividend subscription
My subscription to Morningstar Dividend Investor was renewed without my agreeing to it They promise on their website to stop the subscription any time you want and reimburse the money But there is no replies on emails Strange because this it such a well known name but it seems to be a subscription scam Do not take a subscription

morningstar portfolio - false update claims
morningstar claim that stocks in your portfolio have prices 15 minutes delayed The updates to prices has yet again stopped This is a regular occurrence and various excuses are given for the failure Eventually the updates recommence after a few days or weeks If you want to monitor your portfolio go somewhere else Don t fall for the Premium User sales pitch Once they have your money they will not care about giving what you SEE they say they provide on their web site

Just deplorable level of customer
Just deplorable level of customer service as a Financial Advisor Links were constantly down to Custodian and third-party vendors Spent ALL of my time trying connect Morningstar back to vendors and links Data was always old and outdated Customer service was at a high school level at best You could never speak with anybody intelligent who could actually solve a problem Good luck getting any customer service -- ever
