I made a parts request on different platform and I received quote from them after I ask for photos and they told me don t have this parts

Out off packet

Ordered parts sent wrong ones no refund as 30 days run out never deal with these again got sent v belt kit instead ov timing belt kit

Wrong part

I was sent the wrong part I ordered through parts gateway and had to put my registration in so they knew what one to send I received a blue wing mirror instead of black I have now lost out money because I have to send it back and they will not cover return postage Their only defense was that I should have called and checked - I have phoned 3 other suppliers who gave me quotes and they all confirmed it was black Totally unfair and irresponsible

Avoid at all costsSold a VW engine which was supposedly reconditioned it was fitted by our mechanic and We ve had problems with it from then on We shipped It back to them to check and apparently their mechanic stripped it apart and ok d it then shipped it back to us All at our expense The engine has not worked since and they refuse to reimburse us Denying it was stripped apart even though we have emails to prove it The thing is a complete right off and unusable They are out and out rip Off merchants and liars

Totally Disreputable

Purchased 2x injectors and other parts for my Audi A6 back in December 2019 My mechanic refused to fit the injectors as he did not want to run the risk of having to spend more labour replacing them in the event they did not function I took the parts back but was refused a refund 70 as they claimed the injectors had been fitted They were never taken out of the plastic bag they were supplied in I left all the parts on the counter and refused to take them back with me I then wrote to the owner shareholder and explained the situation Regrettably I did not get as much as an acknowledgement What a pity I did not read the reviews on Trustpilot before I had any dealings with this disreputable outfit

Was told they have a low mileage engine

Was told they have a low mileage engine over the phone iwent to see the engine before buying it and was told that i need to pay for the engine first then i can see it Advertising a very low mileage engine but probably was a high mileage Avoid theae crooks They will talk sweet ober the phone but in reality you will not get what promised Now they reply that six people demanded to see it i never demanded but asked to see the engine as the day before i was told over the phone that it will be ok They cant tell the difference between 2 and 6 people Standing at their dirty reception

Ordered an engine and paid in full then ended up waiting 12 weeks for delivery Every time I followed up with them I was given excuse after excuse Very poor communication never return your calls Would not recommend them

Worse company you will ever deal with

Worse company you will ever deal with everyday there s a new story from them Paid 2000 for a gearbox from desperation as I had no other alternative They take your money straight away giving a time frame of 7 10 days Called on 10th day they said 10 working days Called after 10 working days and they ve now had me waiting over a month threatening if I write a review online it would be worse for me Only to laugh at me stating who even read reviews online
