Stellar service

Hats off to these guys and their business model Everything from their introductory emails to the final transaction and follow up this company has done a stellar job of making moving significantly less stressful The movers are extremely careful with your goods and work really hard to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time They covered all my furniture with the appropriate wrapping and were careful not to scratch walls etc They are extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process

Smart and professional

Our entire experience with this company from the web site to exchanging emails before the move to the actual move and even the paper work was a wonderful experience We live 60 miles from San Diego but we had to organize a move from a residence to storage units Not knowing how many trucks we would need we ordered two When the first truck arrived movers Omar and Sasho looked over the stuff and told us we could easily get it all in one truck As the second truck was delayed they suggested that they could probably cancel it which they did saving us that expensive They take great care of all our belongings while also being unbelievably fast and efficient They made a difficult situation easy Thank you

Excellent service

We used this company for an out of state move this past week We lived in a larger one bedroom and used four men to pack up the truck in San Diego and three men to drive the items and unload in our new apartment in Phoenix The movers were amazing From the initial communication on the quote to their immaculate wrapping of our furniture and helping us set up our new home they exceeded expectations They were fantastic Couldn t recommend them more

I can t imagine ever moving again without them I recently moved to Nevada from California and found Move Central online I was very impressed with everything about this moving company Erick and Mario were my movers and they are super nice guys and were very friendly and considerate They got to work right away and they worked diligently until completed They hooked up my washer and dryer and assembled my new sofa I was extremely impressed with their service and rapport This was the most enjoyable move I ve ever had They worked so hard and got our move done really quickly which was greatly appreciated Thank you

A truly transparent company

I have moved 7 times in about as many years so I m familiar with moving process Move Central was hands down superior in attitude professionalism and just did a great job Easy to book and lots of communication The crew was on time and very professional I really liked their up front guarantee to get my furniture moved and cover any damage The price was very fair I can appreciate that this company is transparent and just charges a flat hourly fee It makes everything a lot less stressful

I used Move Central for my move from San Diego to Bay Area I have high expectations when it comes to myself and my stuff I was recommended to this company from my apartment locator and did the due diligence of researching other vendors I wasn t disappointed in the least I was really impressed with the professionalism I appreciate that they sent email confirmation when we got off the phone I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Ryan for my move and they were fantastic Nothing was broken This was the easiest move I ve ever had

Amazing customer service

From the moment I called to book my appointment until the move was complete their service was great The office staff was very helpful and took an inventory and gave me an estimate The estimate was completely accurate and reasonable A few days before the move they sent me an email telling me who the movers would be and asked if I needed anything The day of the move Donald and Francisco did a wonderful job I moved from the ground floor of my old apartment to the third floor of my new apartment They are so professional polite and very caring about your personal belongings They were great and I will use this company again amazing customer service

Less expensive yet way better quality Top that Fastest and most pleasant movers I ve ever hired - and I have moved a ton with super heavy y Picking a mover can of course be scary because we have all heard the horror stories if not experienced them ourselves The movers felt like friends in your home not disgruntled workers with a tough job All the guys are great They even gave me welcomed design advice on where to place things and that was really helpful The communication was amazing I received emails regarding confirmation and phone calls regarding any changes Everything about this experience was just outstanding

Great moving company

We had previously used Move Central for two movers within San Diego area and had been highly pleased with their service on both occasions They brought the same professionalism and efficiency to our cross-country move from San Diego to Sacramento To start Sal was incredibly easy to work with to get the move quoted and organized On the day of the load in San Diego they sent a four-man crew each of whom made it a point to introduce himself and get a run-down on all the key items The crew worked very efficiently and finished the load for our three-bedroom 2000 sq ft home in about two hours They showed great care and attention to detail throughout No dings or scratches on any items or walls After the load was complete one member of the crew drove the truck to Sacramento There they unloaded the truck quickly and did a great job Our only regret in making this move with this company is that we have moved out of the area and won t get to use them for our next move
