Excellent service - would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Electric

First class service from start to finish - from making the appointment the electrician arrived in the designated time slot and called ten minutes beforehand He carried out my repairs very efficiently and cleared away all rubbish before he left Very impressed

We had what we thought was smoke alarm

We had what we thought was smoke alarm beeping for 3 days Even after dismembering the alarms the beeping continued David Gross who is with Mr Electric was able to find the problem which was an alarm for the septic that the builders placed inside an intake vent Who would have thought of this David was dependable very very knowledgable and professional He rewired all of our smoke alarms that we had disconnected cleaned each one and charged a reasonable price We could not have been more pleased with David s determination and skill in locating the problem and would most highly recommend him We will use Mr Electric again because of David Gross Thank You

Mr Electric actually 10 stars

I would give Mr Electric 10 stars if I could Lightening struck our sump pump area and then surged through to to circuit breaker panel Jeff Knotts our project manager and the guys who worked on our issue were simply amazing Jeff was professional yet took the time to explain in terms that I could understand what needed to be done The guys with him were also amazing

Highly Professional Excellent Service

We have just moved into our new home and wanted everything checking over and some repairs done Mr Electric sent Kieran and a colleague along and they did what we asked them to do and the price was very reasonable We needed some additional works doing that were found during the testing and these were all done swiftly and professionally What ever we wanted done they were happy to do Very happy with the service and would recommend then to anyone looking for an electrician in Leicester

John Russo Electrian from Mr Electric was at our home promptly at 7 30 as he promised He methodically began to work on the list I had created of work to be done As I have extensive experience in renovations I assumed it would be more than a day s work He worked steady from the time he came until the job was completed 10 hours later He was efficient very knowledgeable and thought of solutions for some difficult situations He was friendly amicable and never hesitated to explain or answer questions of the various items I had listed I would highly recommend John Russo and Mr Electric Yours truly Henry and Joan Ripplinger

Needed to connect the generator to the house Mr Electric sent Kollin to do the estimate and the job He was professional and prompt He arrived at 8am and worked til 6 He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions and concerns He was knowledgeable and had a great smile I would use this company again and highly recommend Kollin

We had Jeremy come out and add an outlet outside and add a surge protection to the entire house Very efficient and patient to walk us through everything This is the 2nd time that we have used Mr Electric and we have been more than happy both times
