Update Goods recieved 1 star is too much

Update - 6 weeks later goods have been received personal touch from Mr Jury however took 4 weeks to sort and get goods ThanksOriginal review - 1star is too much my son has followed this guy for ages as he loves his sents brought some products with his own money and they have not turned up No response to emails so he has now lost his money I would not recommend to anyone and unfortunately it seems like again a another social media person who reels kids in for money and doesn t deliver

Recently bought Bond street EDP and I have to say the scent is 10 10 the only reason I give 4 stars was there was a few issues caused by postage where my parcel was lost and never arrived however I do have to give my credit to Mr Jury as a replacement was sent out swiftly and was given an oil as a sign of good faith for the inconvenience Great job an will be ordering agin soon THANKS

Bought and received Bond Street and Lost in London within 3 weeks Not great delivery efficiency but when texted Mr Jury he s somehow very willing to look into your order see how it goes Love the Bond Street it s such a gem on my skin Allow me to say though Lost in London isn t really my cup of tea but it s genuinely high quality and smells great overall

I ordered Lost In London which smells fantastic It s like a light not overpowering cinnamon vanilla cake I m rating 4 5 as there was a bit of a delay in receiving the item Want to immediately add that communication with Mr Jury on Instagram was frequent and he was always swift in coming back to me

Order 90 of the oils which are all really good Had dealings with Mr Jury the past year or so Great guy The oils are amazing Great communication very honest which is rare these days Keep up the good work After reading these negative reviews maybe things need to improve but these changes can be made I m sure Maybe change to tracked postage even if customers like me have to pay a little extra
