I ordered 6 bottles of wine on May 27th 2021 Today is August 3rd I did everything in my power to contact the firm but they did not respond at all Warning Do not ever buy anything from Mundovinum It is a scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered six bottles of wine on the 29th of September Had confirmation by email but never received the wine I have called and sent emails but nothing happens I think this is not a real business I now have to get my money back

Do not Order wine

Ordered wine paid the fee then silence After many mails I found out the order could not be deilverd they would refund Guess what still waiting for my refund

Beware of scams

Beware of scams Very nice website but it s a scam No delivery All talk to save time but no shipment of the order supposedly on its way When I read all the reviews here I realise that I have been scammed too Fortunately I made the transaction with PayPal and I hope to get my money back

I had placed two orders with them which had gone well I placed a third larger order they took payment but the products were not available and I haven t heard from them for 10 days Oops I ve just realised that the 2nd order which was supposedly sent hasn t arrived after a month Crooks

Stay away from MundoVinum

Ordered some bottles of wine and paid immediately with credit card Got a confirmation of my order right away After a week i sent an e-mail when i could expect the wines No reaction I ve sent two more e-mail without any reply I ve contacted them through instagram no reply I tried calling them no awnser Money gone no wine to be seen Looks like a scam I will try to find out where i can report them UPDATE After waiting in line for 2 hours in the online chat service i was told they will cancel my order cause they don t have the wine So after 3 weeks and 4 e-mails they find out they don t have the wine they charge you for Hopefully i will get my money back Whatever you do don t do business with this company really bad experience

I regret I didn t check k the review before ordering from this horrible website Ordered 5 bottles and got sudden cancellation with no reason no response the customer service line is not working either I will report this website to consumer law association
