Awful experience ordered via superdrug delivery marketplace Item was never sent out and awful experience when I tried to query delivery status Still awaiting a refund

Not delivered - no refund

I made an order with Paul Murray via Debenhams marketplace Debenhams claim my contract is with Murray The item never arrived as shown in the tracking I complained to Murray more than a week ago and they have not issued a refund which they must do under distance selling legislation
