EDIT--------------------------------------After sharing my review here customer service reached out to offer me a full refund I accepted this resolution I hope that the accessibility issues I encountered will be taken into consideration and that the website will become more accessible --------------------------------------Just one hour ago I signed up for this website and immediately encountered serious issues while using it During the sign-up process the test they provided indicated that the site s content would be compatible with translation leading me to believe that using the site would be easy However after signing up I realized that the majority of the content is presented as brochure-style images which caused two major problems I am unable to zoom in on the content making it impossible for me to read the extremely small text This is a significant accessibility issue preventing me from effectively using the site The automatic translation feature I used during the sign-up process does not work with the image-based content As a result users who rely on translation face great difficulty accessing the information Due to these issues I cannot benefit from the service and therefore requested the cancellation of my subscription and a refund However my refund request was denied citing the company s Refund Policy In my communication with customer support they only confirmed the cancellation of my subscription but refused my refund request despite the accessibility challenges I faced These issues not only justify my right to a refund but also raise serious concerns regarding accessibility Although they claim to prioritize customer satisfaction my concerns were not addressed For these reasons I feel it necessary to share my experience on Trustpilot highlighting both the accessibility issues and the unfair refund policy

This is an edited comment I am leaving an honest opinion At first I find it so hard to unsubscribe And I was charged like thrice the original price That s when I decided to get out of it But I appreciate the effort of its support team for helping me get a refund and have my subscription finally cancelled after they saw my review here Kudos to you These 3 stars are for you So maybe they re not really a scam as others say I think they must make it easy for users to unsubscribe so they won t get bad reviews from people who are afraid of getting scammed and seeing reviews from people who experienced or felt the same Or at least send automated notifications to keep the users engaged guided throughout the course and reminded of their subscription renewal As for the product hmmm See it for yourself it s not bad to try Maybe it s not for me but it s for you who is reading this comment

The pricing was not clear enough when I signed up so that was a little confusing when I saw my credit card statements The material and website looks great but the support service button is not so helpful I spent 2 weeks trying to get assistance until I decided to reach out through Instagram and got an answer and email to assist to which worked faster

The program of master seduction has only 14 days data and it was supposed to be a 30 day programme I had paid for it fully but later when I complained it to be a 14 day programme I was given 50 refund and was apologised for the full deduction against delivery that wasn t fullGreat knowledge in sequence form with also action points to bring in positive changes But some points are so much in a summary form that we have to search about it elsewhere I suggest adding some more explanations to not depend on external sources of research

Really nice support team Quick polite and effecient When my refund will be back I will give all 5 stars because they will show they are also trustworthy

I send two messages to cancel or stop the membership subscription but no answer The app is useless there is no option to cancel the membership by yourself Please can I get an answer to stop my membership Update This morning I received an email from the muses support team that the subscription is terminated So it is helpfull to send an email to muses and exactly describe what needs to be handeled In my case they really acted quickly Thank you
