WARNING ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE This website is a scam I purchased three items and only received two of them I have sent four emails within the last two weeks to their customer service because their website does not have a customer service phone number of any kind and have not received a response I have tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but without the company s address I am unable to I am in the process of calling my credit card company to try and recover the charge I wish I had done my research prior to ordering and looked on this website since our complaints are all unfortunately very similar with this scam online store

DO NOT BUY CHEAP AND YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SEND BACK AND GET A REFUND FROM THEM NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE AND NO ADDRESS I ordered some shirts and the first one to arrive did not fit well I wrote requesting a return authorization and it never came They always sent back the same email asking for the same information that I had already given them

ZERO I would not give Shopchicklily any stars I placed my order at the beginning of April and have not received my items The tracking keeps saying it s on its way but no real time tracking and I have requested a refund twice and they refuse to refund my money saying that the items are on the way Terrible Business

I ordered 6 sweaters on Jan 18 for an upcoming trip A month and a half later no shipment no tracking number Today 3 months later nothing from this company I contacted my credit card company to get a refund BUYER BEWARE This is not a reputable business

I ordered 3 tops from Chiclila com After 3 weeks I received one of them It was clearly a poor imitation of what was pictured different fabric sleeves that were completely different -puffed with a cuff vs a straight sleeve and the workmanship was terrible An image search showed that the image was stolen from another legitimate website store I requested that my remaining items which had not shipped be canceled I have spent a week trying to get them to do that but they just keep emailing me asking to accept a 10 refund despite the fact they have not shipped and according to them won t for another 10 days This site sells knockoffs that don t resemble the product shown and will not cancel orders or refund money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM I purchased just under 1000 of clothing and most are not even worth one star The items do not even resemble what is shown in their pictures The clothing is unhemmed no interfacing roughly cut and all knitted items are only prints onto cheap fabric some items have not arrived and I have asked for refunds of unshipped items but never hear from them again When they do send me a reply email it is their general information email THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

ZERO STARI recently was on line shopping and came across this site After reading the company About Us description I was flabbergasted at the poor grammar poor spelling AND poor taste in their company description Our Products - Due to the efficient manufacturing process Chicelia always provides products with good quality In addition Chicelia has mass production and cheap labor force so the products it provides are at low prices They list a customer service email which I tried sending this information to - and surprise surprise it doesn t exist THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OUTFIT SUCH AS I RECENTLY DEALT WITH CALLED STYLEWE THE AMERICAN FASHION BUYER IS CATCHING ON TO THESE OVERSEAS SHAMS BEWARE CHICLILA
