I have had my MWC 21 Tritium 300m

I have had my MWC 21 Tritium 300m divers watch for 5 years now and it has performed flawlessly I forgot one time to screw the crown back down my mistake and it got damaged I went online and chatted with a customer service agent who instructed me on how to return my watch for repair My watch was out of warranty but they had my information in their records The whole process took only 3 weeks and when I received my watch back it looked brand new I have a new stainless bracelet as well The staff at MWC were prompt and courteous I was kept informed of the repair process the entire time The cost of repair and shipping was only 20 of the cost for a new watch which was very fair considering I damaged the watch enough to make it inoperable I have not received this type of prompt and fair service from very many companies over the years MWC stepped up and made me a very happy customer

Bronze god

I have a Bronze edition depthmaster and it s fantastic Great quality and a great looking watch It s big on the wrist so not for everyone but I love it

MWC P656ND2 D2 Li Stainless

Just received my MWC P656 ND D2Li in Stainless finish today absolutely chuffed with it Great Watch and Superb finish with a 10 yr battery life and Ronda 715Li Movement which is a upgrade to my previous watch I have worn my Traser P6500 on and off since 2011 bought used then and this has a 505 Ronda movement and still is very accurate but looks very tired now and needs some TLC and bezel as the markings have rubbed off and a chipped glass needs a replacement and GTLS tubes don t all illuminate so time for a refurb

Slow delivery and unreasonable policies

The watch took 15 days to arrive missed the date I needed it for a gift and now I have only 7 days to return I am already traveling for Christmas and there is no way to return now I contacted the company at the support email address on their website during the delivery process to inquire about the delay and never received a response The vendor uses Royal Mail That was not stated when I placed the order They just touted Free Shipping It was a trick I could never have imagined it would ship from the UK by Royal Mail I have never received anything from the UK other than DHL or FedEx I was not given another option for shipping I can not stress enough not to shop with this company You can find a quality watch of similar style elsewhere with better delivery and return policies The defensive tone in the response from the seller should frighten you away from their business And what a joke for a company that states they are international and lists numbers for offices all over the world to ship Royal Mail So glad they responded with the tracking so everyone can see the antiquated shipping went from England to Ireland before even leaving for the US Wow you ship to me over 15 days and I have 7 to return to you from the US Stay away

Cheap feeling

Cheap feeling Was expecting better for the price Read on a forum that MWC aren t real military watches In reply to MWC replying to me I did buy a MWC watch before moving onto CWC as I was so disappointed with the MWC The CWC watches I bought might have lacked some quality control but the MWC was low quality all round Edit 2 CWC is not your competitor CWC have a legitimate history Your attitude should be a warning for anyone thinking of buying from you

Excellent Fast Delivery to Norway and Great Product

Many thanks for getting the watch to me in time for my trip to Sweden DHL did their bit too with item 7217553722 and got it here lightning quick Axel in Zurich quoted me 2 or 3 days but it arrived next day which was a nice surprise I knew that because I was going away on 23 12 it was tight on time but this worked out really well and much faster than something else that was via UPS from Belfast It will be great to use the watch on the ski slopes over the next two weeks and my friends think it look excellent quality too
