Had an error fault come up on my Zappi
Had an error fault come up on my Zappi charger Customer service arranged a replacement unit to be sent out and an engineer come to fit it on the agreed day Very happy with the level of service received

I had an issue with my zappi charger
I had an issue with my zappi charger due to incorrect installation - although it was not installed by my energi they were still amazing They have bent over backwards to help me resolve my issues - which I hasten to add are nothing to do with them The help desk representative Tom has been excellent and arranged for an engineer to call to check the set of the installation The engineer Stuart came today who was amazing Friendly knowledgeable helpful and nothing was too much trouble I cannot praise this company enough Thank you so much Fantastic exemplary customer service

Had a problem with my Eddi but Tom
Had a problem with my Eddi but Tom talked me through performing a factory reset and was even able to talk me through re-entering all my custom settings - absolute time saver and now fully functional again Thank you all

As with last review recently moved into a new house with heat pump solar Eddi Zappi installed and both Eddi Zappi settings were not correct and they both needed updating to latest version I m not particularly tech savvy but was talked through everything by email and phone and it s now perfect Thank you David and Suellen

Customer Service Brilliant
I had an issue with my app on my phone not connected to my car charger Zappi It had worked for several months and then got disconnected I thought and so did My Energi Customer Support that it was an issue with the wifi connection and I spent ages on the phone going through lots of different scenarios Eventually we realised that Zappi was no longer set up as a device on their car charger and the customer service guy went through with me on how to set up Zappi from scratch etc I have nothing but praise for the My Energi guy who was so patient with me and i have no hesitation in recommending My Energi to anyone else I used to have another car charger from Rolec and that was a disaster I eventually threw it away

Difficulty linking Harvi and zappi
Had to contact technical support after exhausting all online guides Forums and YouTube assistance Darren and Sam explained each step of the way My Harvi kept losing the signal possibly due to being located in a meter box 18m from the zappi Thanks to My Energi for providing a good technical and patient team

Will from myenergi was fantastic
weareev James and Andy recommended the myenergi systems and both my whole family is happy that we went with their recommendation They installed the Libbi 10kW battery Eddi to the hot water tank and Zappi 2 for our EV charging The software controls is amazing and when we had a hiccup and bugs Will from myenergi was super helpful via email phone Here s to many years of green and clean energy

Zappie wi issue
I had a problem with my Zappie not connecting to the my energie app after having an Eddie removed due to having gas heating installed and water tank removed Tried my supplier who could only help so far and advised getting a wi fi extender which I didn t do Rang My Energie support who got back to me and talked me through the process to get the Zappie up and running again Very impressed with the technical advisor who sorted this for me Great company and products

Persistence wins
Two technical experts on 30th and 31st Oct helped me get the Zappi back on WiFi Both were very patient kind and not at all patronising Still not quite sure why the routine worked at the nth attempt rather than the n-1 or n-2 or n-3 etc But it did so I am very grateful
