Eco ESS installed a battery storage

Eco ESS installed a battery storage system for us last month The system works perfectly and Darren has been more than helpful I would recommend Eco ESS without hesitation

Inverter and Battery Upgrade

Darren and Andrey supplied an inverter and battery upgrade for me Advice given by them was all spot on and there was no pressure on me as to the options I finally opted for Prices were pitched at a good level Install went without issue and standard of finish was good throughout Post-install there were issues with the batteries going into alarm mode for unknown reasons Andrey spent considerable time interrogating the batteries and inverter remotely and on-site and keeping me fully updated He liaised with both inverter and battery manufacturers and with various firmware upgrades has completely resolved the situation I was kept fully updated at all times could not have wished for better customer support from him I would not hesitate to use Eco-Ess again for any future work
