The bracelet is well made lovely cause to support I lost my dolphin tracking paper and the customer service was AMAZING at helping me get the info I needed I am really happy I reached out my daughter loves dolphins so this was great to her that we could still track although we misplaced the paper

These tracking bracelets are beautiful I have 2 Penguin and Dolphin I track my animals everyday it is fascinating seeing whereabouts they live how far they travel Fast delivery and the price is very good I ve brought one for my sister in law for Christmas a giraffe I will definitely be ordering more A

After initial bad experience received excellent customer care - great product

I initially left a 1 star review after placing an order and receiving no update after 10 days Yami read the review and reached out explaining that my product was unavailable in the UK and that she would expedite shipping from the US It arrived this morning along with a free gift in my daughter s favourite colour The bracelet is a Christmas present for my giraffe obsessed daughter and I know she will be over the moon with it After my initial doubts Fahlo really went above and beyond Really appreciate it and love the product

I was determined to fill our family stockings and wrap gifts that have real meaning this year In my search I found Fahlo I bought a sea turtle for my grandson a giraffe for my very tall son a gorilla and an elephant for myself and one for each of my students and two for my favorite things party gift The family gifts haven t been opened yet but the students loved theirs so much They are all following each other s animals and some of them have gone to Fahlo and bought bracelets for their gift giving It s an awesome company It s a great mission And it makes me feel like my gift money is going to something that matters

Fahlo is amazing and our family loves being able to track animals and their journeys The mission of the organization is amazing and the company as a whole has been a great experience Our shark lost its tracker and after contacting consumer support they provided us with a new shark tracking card We love Fahlo and will be selecting more animals to track in the future
