I am giving one star only because I can t give zero I bought two Lil Tracker watches for Christmas presents On Christmas Day I tried to set up the watches and was unable to get them to work Lil tracker was closed until after the New Year I called and left a message with Lil tracker We had several calls and emails back and forth For nearly a month I tried to get the watches to work We receive delivery of these watches December 20 2021 I had emailed Adam on January 21 2022 that I wanted to return these watches because of the frustration of trying to get them set up We talked on the phone and he told me that it was past the 30 day return period I understand it was past the 30 day return but they were also closed from Christmas to New Year s Day which I don t think should ve counted in the 30 day time period On top of the watches not working the app is terrible Every time you open it there is an ad every time you switch the screen there is a different ad You have to pay so that you can use the app without ads I had purchased the Sim cards from Speed Talk which Lil Tracker recommended I also contacted Speed Talk several times trying to get the watches to work I am very disappointed that Lil Tracker does not stand behind their product
