Terrible Customer Experience and
Update they are refusing to issue a refund until I take down this review I will not take it down Terrible Customer Experience and Product Go elsewhere We ordered a 2100 watch and they sent a 2200 watch This was not what we wanted but at first they tried to sell it as an upgrade We sent the watch back and they had the watch in their possession for 1 month and I still had no refund so I filed a dispute with my credit card They challenged the dispute so now I have no watch and I have not received a refund after 2 months This was their mistake and they have done everything they can to make this harder on me the customer On top of it all the watch is cheap and had a really old interface Save your time and hassle and go with any other product

Cheap Chinese watch sold at a premium price
I paid the premium price for their Kids tracker watches because I thought this was a high-quality Canadian-made or at least designed and managed product It was not It s the same Chinese watch that you can buy on Amazon for half the price made by chinagpstracker ccLil Tracker doesn t even have their own app You need to download the generic app called SeTracker2 which stands at 2 5 stars with hundreds of users complaining about even the basic functionality Such a disappointment

The kids gps watch does not work The gps location is always wrong the sound guardian rarely works and the app has adds you have to pay to be removed I am so disappointed with this purchase My other child has a different watch brand that is way more efficient I reached out to customer service and have not heard back

Waste of Money Stay Away
I purchased this for my nephew for his birthday and it completely didn t work I called customer service to advise that the watch was reporting the completely wrong location and it was brutal to even get ahold of someone there when I did speak with someone they were very rude They were not able to fix the issue and I ve spent 350 on a watch that doesn t work Avoid at all costs

Not a reliable device
The watch works as a watch However it is an unreliable device to track your children Many times I was unable to locate contact my child I strongly urge parents to not use this device as any means of communication with or tracking your child

The app is crappy English and barely works Battery life didn t even make it through a whole school day Within 4 months it stopped booting altogether Nearly three months later I m still trying to get them to honour the warranty Waste of money and my son still can t call me if he falls on a bike ride I m so angry

The app is nothing but problems
The app is nothing but problems And the return process is 15-20 emails telling you to talk to someone else They said I could return the charge cable since it hadn t been opened but did not give me a credit The 50 watch on Amazon is crappy but much better

Disappointment
I am giving one star only because I can t give zero I bought two Lil Tracker watches for Christmas presents On Christmas Day I tried to set up the watches and was unable to get them to work Lil tracker was closed until after the New Year I called and left a message with Lil tracker We had several calls and emails back and forth For nearly a month I tried to get the watches to work We receive delivery of these watches December 20 2021 I had emailed Adam on January 21 2022 that I wanted to return these watches because of the frustration of trying to get them set up We talked on the phone and he told me that it was past the 30 day return period I understand it was past the 30 day return but they were also closed from Christmas to New Year s Day which I don t think should ve counted in the 30 day time period On top of the watches not working the app is terrible Every time you open it there is an ad every time you switch the screen there is a different ad You have to pay so that you can use the app without ads I had purchased the Sim cards from Speed Talk which Lil Tracker recommended I also contacted Speed Talk several times trying to get the watches to work I am very disappointed that Lil Tracker does not stand behind their product
