Well here we go DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I TRYED TO BUY A 464 00 ITEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY OVER SOLD IT AND THEY AFTER 4 WEEKS OF CRAP AND LIES I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND I REPEAT MYSELF DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THEIVES

I preordered three items that said expected March 2021 Well March is over and not even shipped or anything Just cancelled it I don t even want to deal with them Contacted them multiple times to get no response or help at all Sucks cus I wanted the products but rather not deal with anymore issues with them

Honestly Bad experience

Honestly it has been a bad experience I don t usually like to complain I placed an order on 12-22-2021 My order hadn t even been sent to the warehouse when I requested to cancel my order on 01-03-2021 Customer service lady said she will request it right away I checked for an update on 01-06-2021 Order status still showing processing So I contacted customer service once again Says they requested it but unfortunately it has to be canceled by warehouse I m like ok Gave them more time Then I asked for an update on 01-12-2021 Someone tells me unfortunately your order is too far in processing to be canceled Which is unacceptable I then contact them on facebook same day Got a reply saying to disregard the customer service rep and they will be working with operations to cancel it Still nothing No update At this point I just want my money back and to never deal with them again

SCAM DO NOT ORDER

SCAM You will never receive subscription box and there is only a mass generated email as a response Placed order subscription for my son to receive a monthly box for Christmas never received box sent 6 msgs generic replies no follow ups Now I m going to have to cancel my credit card dispute charges and more my son is so disappointed Disgrace

Only received half my order

Back in February I purchased two Funko pops from them The first one came and it took about a month to receive it The second one never came When I went back on the website it said it was out of stock all of a sudden Every couple of weeks I d go back to check only to see it say a month til stock would be back Then July then August then October I sent an email asking them to cancel my order They told me that my order wouldn t be in stock until January I just received an email today with them cancelling my order because they had no more in stock and it was no longer available after showing it as pre-order in October I ll never order another thing from this company again They clearly don t care about their customers
