One word - Fantastic

One word - Fantastic We stared the process to get our AIP in December 2021 and completed on our property in May 2022 We had some bumps in the road with being out bid on a couple of properties and Pete was always super quick to get a new AIP ready for us On our current property the original lender decided not to offer after the valuation report Whilst that would usually be super stressful Pete turned around a new AIP and started the process with another lender almost immediately which took away all of the stress Gemma was also fantastic in keeping us informed throughout the process Will 100 be using Pete again when our deal comes to an end in 2 years time
