I was not expecting a response as quick as I got one Karl C Got someone to the house to deal with the A C issue within 4 hours of being reported He also followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied

Having stayed once before at the Mynd

Having stayed once before at the Mynd hotel I was eager to come back having had an amazing experience there the first time I stayed This stay was no different The atmosphere of the hotel is very calm and chic the rooms and public areas are very clean and the food is also very good However the best part of the hotel is the amazing staff The staff are always happy and willing to help in order for you to get the best experience on your trip At the main reception desk staff members Bianca and Tamara were extremely helpful ensuring we were satisfied with our room and overall making sure to build a very comfortable environment Additionally the bar staff at the rooftop pool were always happy to help and overall created a very happy and energetic environment Bar staff Francesco Gabriel and Pier provided great service and were always very cheerful I would highly highly recommend this hotel From the clean chic atmosphere to the amazing and accommodating staff this is a perfect place to stay within Tenerife
