Alexandria was really helpful and very nice I originally applied for a property that had already been rented but Alexandria was nice enough to give me time to not only look at the available properties online while I chatted with her but she also was kind enough to let me know that she could apply the application to another property To put the cherry on top she also told me I would not have to pay another application fee Alexandria also answered a couple of other questions I had about the application process I love the chat feature with Mynd Management It is one feature of the website that you don t get from a lot of property management websites that helps set it apart from others Kudos for this feature and the website I hope and pray I can make one of your properties my new home

Today I had the privilege of speaking with a very attentive and polite Mynd Leasing Representative named Rain I had questions concerning a unit listed for lease in the Durham N C area Rain answer my questions and sent the application link immediately following our conversation I left the interaction feeling appreciated and knowing I could call with any concerns in the future and they would be immediately addressed Thank you Rain you are greatly appreciated

Peter was very helpful in assisting with a new code and accessing the keybox for my self tour He was patient and courteous The user interface is easy to use and conviene I appreciate the professionalism of everyone that I have encountered at Mynd and it is a factor at considering rental properties Thank you

Self guided tour

Chris helped me do a manual verification because my ID was not approved based on the picture verification It took about 5 minutes or less to complete and I was able to complete scheduling my tour The time was also adjusted Great customer service and security procedure was explained that protected both of us

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Mynd I worked with Angelica L to have my back door re-keyed She addressed my issue and connected me with a service provider I was able to set up the vendor at a time that worked for me The locksmith that came out was very professional and had my lock fixed quickly Angelica was diligent to follow up with me to make sure my issue was thoroughly addressed I m very happy with the service I have received from Mynd in addressing this issue
