Absolute disgrace of a company Paid 375 for a CP company jacket I got no confirmation of my order It then showed up with cigarette burns in the jacket have photo evidence and when I rang them they said send it back that and they will send a new one out right away if I send them a photo of proof of return I done this and they are now just ignoring all my emails my live chat messages and I must have rang them about 10 times and they won t pick up the phone GET YOUR DESIGNER CLOTHES ELSE WHERE This company is nothing but bad news

As a new visiting customer I wont be using again My experience was very poor and didn t even make it through checkout I wanted to purchase something at 99 99 which was supposed to include free delivery however when i was trying to pay a delivery charge suddenly appeared I contacted the online chat and raised the issue and the response was its only free if you spend more than 100 I pointed out that s not what was advertised and then the contact simply stopped With this type of poor customer service it has left me no confidence to buy Its not the delivery charge its the principal and overall customer experience

Ordered a jumper paid for it received confirmation it had been shipped and 3 days later received an email saying it was out of stock I have sent emails and tried to call but no-one is responding Shocking customer service

Honestly so annoyed at this point I was so excited for my two piece which are no where close to being cheap The sewing job was actually pretty great so I don t understand why they didn t use better material not 90 polyester and just put the extra effort into the zippers and snaps What a waste of clothing fabric and so unfortunate for our environment and all our pockets who have been scammed by this company My body suit could not even open at the crotch area without the snaps popping off before even getting to try it on and the zipper came broken and ripped on my other outfit Hoping they refund me at this point as the quality is not good enough to want to keep

I ordered 2 jumpers to be here for anniversary of my niece taking her own life and paid got an email saying order received then 8 days later I asked where my order was they sent reply just saying it s not been sent out yet I replied to them saying it s too late now I want to cancel my order and want a refund and they have ignored all my emails all 6 of them no replies at all I have going to report them as this is not what you want from a company at all Don t use them if you want your items to actually be sent out that s all I want to say this is an issue that s very sad to us and they have tarnished my niece

I have returned my order on 02 08 2023 and as of now I ve still NOT received my payment back It has been over 3 weeks and all emails and messages have been ignored I am now not receiving replies and their WhatsApp chat is practically unfunctional
