I sent an item back cos it was to small

time of delivery was great however after purchasing the wrong size and removing the tags I had to send the jacket back it was very good of the company to exchange the jacket for the correct size however in the 12 days I waiting there was no communication from the company at all when I started to email them about the jacket they was very help full and I recieved the cp company jacket the same day and it fit perfect

I had the option of getting my item next day before a time expiry and received it in 3 days Also there was no option to use the discount code although it was advertised on the site Happy with my product but not so much with the user experience Usually I have great experiences with this site but not so much on this occasion Hope it improves in future but all around the service from MyOutfit is first class Friendly and accommodating staff and my go-to for all of my designer necessities
