Yeah I started working out last March 13 since when I got the book I thought It was just okay because life here in Winnipeg are super busy that I haven t have enough time to workout and follows what the books says Recipes until later today My boss told me that my muscles are getting bigger and I realized OMG MY BODY ARE GETTING BETTER

Great community All levels supported
Great community who support each other in their fitness journey No matter if your a rookie or a long time fitness junkie Merijn and his coaching got you covered with workout and nutrition tips I did a 3 month coaching traject 2 times it really pushes you further then training alone Only downside it can take a bit longer to get answers since the coaches work by email and it can get busy at times Besides that great stuff

Took awhile to arrive but well worth
The order came in two months late but that was because of the corna virus and black friday I got informed that it was late because it was late i got free acces to the app later on there was a problem with the supplier I was also informed about that and got free straps the massage gun works great
