Can t praise company high enough for their patience The cruise ship coming into Tilbury UK was delayed time and again through the day and night but each time they changed my pick up time Driver Mohamed waited for me when many might have given up He was also polite and interesting and got me to central London in quick time A great guy

A great service Me and my partner used Mytaxe as we couldn t get a Uber reserve from our location Brize Norton UK We were catching the Eurostar and needed a direct taxi to drop us off there as we had lots of luggage The man who picked us up was on time and got us there at a good time even though we sat in traffic for hours I love how they are transparent on the price before so you re not worried you re gonna get scammed or overcharged They also had a what s app to communicate through if you needed any questions asked Will certainly use again Thank you

Reliable Airport Transfer

I used this company for transfer to and from The Wirral to Heathrow T5 The taxi arrived at the time agreed slightly ahead of time but that never worries me and was clean and very comfortable It was of sufficient size to very comfortably accommodate three passengers and their luggage Our return flight was delayed by BA by greater than 15 hours Communication with the company was straightforward and the return pick up time was adjusted appropriately In fact we needed to change the collection time more than once as the flight delay grew longer Each time the taxi company issued clear correspondence regarding the collection time and the driver vehicle We were very happy with the service provided and we would use this company again in the future I would on this basis recommend this firm to others A special shout out to our driver Mohan who was fantastic

Due to a train strike we needed to find an alternative way to London We booked a ride from Canterbury to London The communications from the company were timely and helpful Our driver Peter was excellent
