Unfortunately this service isn t clear We booked and paid on 19th August We received no confirmation of payment and their system showed unpaid We wrote emails to no avail The car was for 21st August After awaiting reply and checking again on their system it still showed unpaid on the 20th Nervous that we would miss our flight we had only one means to contact via their website chat We reached out and chatted with an agent who provided a driver name and phone number We immediately contacted the driver only to find that the phone number was fake We asked to cancel but received no reply We had to charge back via paypal

Although they claim free cancellation if 24 hours this isn t true they will charge you 30 GBP Also super rude Would NOT recommend

No one turned up despite email confirmation

I received an email confirmation of my booking the day before but no one turned up at the airport When I asked why I was told that they required a deposit but this was not mentioned in the email confirmation It confirms that I will pay in cash on the day Very poor communication - will not use again
