This is a fraudulent business I signed up for dropcatch and they automatically signed me up for namebright without my consent If that isn t a scam I don t know what is The only employee I was speaking with Sean is the head of their fraud I hope he is put in prison I reported this fraud to ICANN so they can take these fraudsters down

I bought a domain from a seller than insisted it be transferred to NameBright NameBright locked its transfer to other Registrars for a period After that period I logged onto do the transfer and round the locked period has been extended without notice I find this very unprofessional and annoying

Most unprofessional half ass stress inducing company i have ever worked with To make a long story short I purchased a WAYYY OVERPRICED domain because i needed it for my E-Com site I go to configure it and i am locked out of my domain I contacted namebright 8-9 times and still no reply after reading other reviews it is clear they do not give a single f about customers and only want your money and will take it without even fufilling theyre end of the deal If i could give it a 0 star i would

Seriously who would ever use this service to sell a domain name Their TTL on their name servers is 14 days I didn t have anything against them prior I was just using a different registrar When I transferred my domain out the deleted the DNS zone but they don t remove the SOA and NS records on their servers With a 14 day TTL this means some servers don t update for hours days or weeks This basically punishes you for moving your domain and they can hold you hostage If you are selling domains do a favor to your future customers Don t use Name Bright

Purchases Domain and namebright stole during action I won with GoDaddy then they doubled the price GoDaddy said they would refund no refund and no domain called GoDaddy support and they said they are still transferring domain but emails from them indicate otherwise No working with Attorney
