The installer was here about 8 15 he was very nice and did a great job installed in house and then went out side to do the rest when he was finished he came into house and set up the Internet thank you for the wonderful service Cathy Addison

Besides the online chat needing improvement because they messed up on my schedule date for my repair ticket Alright now to the good part when my tech terry arrived he took care of everything like a professional Thanks terry

Internet outage

Our internet went out in the middle of the morning on Friday 10-30-2024 We were the ONLY ones affected My son works from home and had to pack up his work computer and dash to the library I was able to reach out to Sean boss of the techs and explain my problem He sent a tech out after a tech finished his tickets around 1 00ish Mark tech searched for the problem over an hour and was determined the line was cut He would have to replace the ENTIRE section but could not dig the line up himself He contacted his boss Sean who in turn contacted me He promised to get a crew out the next day Saturday to address the issue True to his word Justin and Mark were on site to HAND dig the line that needed to be replaced The fiber optics internet was up and running by early evening I can t thank the men enough I wanted to give the recognition they deserve
